What is the best part of working at the company?
Constant support from all working colleagues and some great people within the business

Same stresses any other business, trying to provide the best customer service you can deliver 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very friendly and open working environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not all days are the same, mostly dealing direct with customers and colleagues for constant improvement throughout the business for assured customer satisfaction, my area is gas compliance so it changes throughout the seasons, quality assurance from operatives and engineers, objective is right first time with our service delivery.

I accepted the role on the basis that I was going to be dealing with rents, amongst other issues and NOT repairs as this was not something that I wished to go in to. They had promised me the position I had accepted but once I started they then moved me in to repairs.

I explained that this was not something that I had accepted, but they told me that this is what I needed to do. I got on with the job as I was there and gave it a fair chance. However, after a short while I was not enjoying this role and it was making me unhappy in work so I spoke to them about it. In a nutshell, they told me to suck it up and get on with it and that I would not be being moved. 

Not a very good impression set by the company

A typical day at the project can be hectic, challenging but rewarding, I have learned a lot about different challenges with young people.
The hardest part of the job can be when a child is removed from its mothers care, and the most enjoyable part of the job is building trusting relationships with our young mothers and their children.

No support from management when clients were in crisis. When concerns are raised they are ignored. No room for career progression. Also due to shift patterns there no life /work balance.. Also lack of relevant training and when you need to claim expenses it a battle to get the money 

Great place to work, great People.   The Managers are all excellent, and there are a few perks to the job. The job is varied, the hard part can be dealing with very upset customers, or not being able to help resolve their situation.

It can be very fast paced however there is a great deal of personal satisfaction. There is a period of new employees intergrating into the team. I like how they want to improve processes and systems. 

Company is not the worst but can be better, pay is poor compared to other associations, pay progression is a battle. Progression is not achievable as not enough opportunity.

Horrible place to work, high turnover of staff,  poor management, somewhat rigid, daily workload meant there was a high risk of error which meant it was very time consuming to fix them

Working for great places is a good place to work. It's based in Manchester but have different zones within Lancashire which can be come ur place of work.

Great company to work for all around. Make sure all staff are happy and ok . It was a pleasure to work for them and would recommend anyone who gets a chance
