I worked at HBeauty Bristol, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The management team is incredibly careless and unorganized, which is a stark contrast to the Harrods values that are supposed to be at the core of this company. Unfortunately, those values are nowhere to be found in this workplace.

The environment lacks any sense of wellness or support. It’s clear that there is a serious issue with diversity within management, and it’s disheartening to see how differently ethnic workers are treated compared to those from more established backgrounds. The management seems to look down on their employees, creating an atmosphere of tension and discomfort.

Moreover, the culture is stifling—you can even get reprimanded for making friends or simply talking to colleagues. This is not a place where you feel valued or encouraged to grow.

I would not recommend this job to anyone. It's the worst decision you could make for yourself. If you’re looking for a supportive and inclusive workplace, HBeauty Bristol is not it.

Good things here 
It’s a beautiful store to work in with lovely brands, good staff discount 
Bad things 
Management is awful , way too many managers, if you dare to talk to a colleague for too long you are scolded like a child , even if you have cleaned and cleaned again replenished stock and there are zero customers in the store which happens a LOT 
They don’t value any previous experience or abilities and would prefer to employ young and inexperienced staff, maybe they can be manipulated more easily. If your face fits then you’ll be fine , if it dosent nothing you do will ever be good enough for them. 

Managers are horrible, rude , unapproachable and will make your life difficult. They do often pick on certain people more than others and definitely hold double standards. 

No support from manager, toxic environment to work in. Only good perk is the discount. A lot of complaints recently so hoping the company will manage people better
