Being paid on time is the best part of working at the company

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Delivering huge number of parcels in a short period of time, dangerous driving, stopping at awkward locations, paying damages (£100 per scratch), your route being canceled last minute

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
You meet new people from around the world (like Eastern  Europe, China, Brazil..) every day as the company keeps hiring and firing on daily basis

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It might be like you go to the depot and your route is canceled or you go to the depot and load 300 parcels hoping to get back home before midnight.

Working for H20 Logistics is incredibly fast paced, treated like a number, crazy high staff turnover, misleading payment scheme, crazily steep van rental fees that slice your earnings in half. Offer up to 6 days work a week, no way you can work 6 days and recover in one, simply not possible. My ankles were absolutely destroyed by the amount of drops needing completion in such a long period of time. You cannot afford to stop for lunch or you won't finish the days drops. Nowhere near enough pay to justify the back breaking work required of you. Absolutely insane. Wouldn't recommend...

Hard work and very taxing when starting and learning  how to use the app

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Hard work but fun  colleagues are helpful and support is available at all times 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fast paced and challenging  from start to finish

Recruitment team where very helpful, friendly and informative, when going to an in person interview, all aspects of the job was covered  and manager was also informative and friendly. Didn’t take very long to start working which was what I was looking for, starting ASAP.

Would recommend this company to anyone.

Don’t expect any help from the managers, they don’t care. They’re not professional and will do everything to mess up with your job. Payment is really poor for the job and there is another companies even at the same depot that pay more than H20. I would not even bother.

I worked for them more than 2 years.They are sub-contractor with Amazon. Typical day at work: start in amazon depot at 11:30 load your bags with parcels and go to deliver to the customers Very Good payments and very hard work every day.

only good this about this company is that they pay you weekly,  the job is just depressing the supervisors are just out for there self's  quite combative when questioned about how they operate.

I been working for them 3 years, start as a driver and they always gave opportunities to grow up in the company, always with respect, the payments always on day and time. I recoomended for sure. 

Unrealistic delivery expectations and if you meet them, you get more added on next route. Drivers not treated very well and management are not good at communicating at all

If you are friends with the manager, there is little work to be done. Unfortunately, this still happens in 2024. The payments are good but it leaves something to be desired because
