What is the best part of working at the company?
To get driving experience as a Bus Driver especially all over the local heathrow hotels.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Driving on narrow car parkings around hotels where cars are often blocking the way.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Lack of time to meet other drivers. No paid long breaks. Overtime almost impossible and paid on normal rate if ever.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work starting from 3:30 -4:00. Finish between 12:45-14:30 on morning shift. During day one hour or longer unpaid break.

Great Company to work for.
Management Team have open door policy and are always willing to listen and help.
They have a great training program for Drivers, have just employed 30 Drivers with car licenses to become Bus Drivers through Company training school.
Very friendly culture, Drivers who left are returning as grass is not greener on the other side.
Flexible hours.
New buses and new routes lots of work and potential for personal growth.
Stars of the month competition for Drivers, great recognition program.

Not a good company to work for at all, Management treat staff very poor and often lie to cover up mistakes they've made just to cover for themselves. Drivers work hard to cover all hours due to management dismissing drivers unnecessarily the Management currently have tupe drivers on alot more benefits therefore the management feel they are at a loss. This is truly unfair.

VERY Early start, unpredictable and hectic day ahead. 
I’ve learned to not put company first anymore and focus on family. 
Management are a bunch of unqualified clowns with a sense of entitlement and only look after they’re friends within the company. 
Dealing with incompetence of management is probably the hardest part. 
Easiest part is the driving. 

The cleaning tools provided weren't up to standard and cleaners had to improvise,


The company management of contract's was a joke and could change on a wimp along side their company name to avoid tax they would literally change the company name often.

Lots of friendly colleagues, and good fast paced environment. Good flexibility with hours, and lots of different work available to keep every day fun and interesting. 

Workplace lacks management. CEO just wants to cut cut cut and the mood affects all staff. Pay has been frozen for so long and workforce is at bare minimum. Vehicles are tired and the place lacks investment.

Unhelpful management and like to bully their employees. No proper rotation system in place and allocation person unable to do the job correctly.  Good training officer.

First bus company to be work life balance, ive ever worked for. 

Flexible shifts, brand new management.  The job is not stressful. The hardest part of the job is taking cash.

The only bad thing I can say about the company is the busses .

Flexible, friendly employer with expanding network bringing new opportunities. Excellent rates of pay and family-feel. Great opportunities to progress to PCV license holder and variety of work on offer.
