Very hectic experience. Everyone is always overworked because team is understaffed. Everything is old fashioned e.g. tools used. If you like to be micromanaged, then this is the place to be.  There is not training, no downtime after a hectic release. Constantly on the go. Benefits are to a minimal for example maternity leave is 6 weeks. Laptops always have problems as they never provide brand new ones. No future, I stayed on the same salary for years and never progressed. Most of the team are so lovely to work with, try to help and support when needed, but as mentioned, everyone is overworked so sometimes it's difficult to get the support needed. Some staff work very early and very late hours. Some even work on weekends to meet deadlines.

The company culture was awful, with high surveillance on all tasks. Now that I'm in a management position, I will never treat my staff the way I was treated. They even dictated how to word emails—ridiculous! Meetings were awkward and silent because everyone knew they were fake. They tried to organize activities outside of work to promote a 'family' atmosphere, but true families respect each other. I'm now in a better place mentally and thriving in my job. I’m so glad I left. Please if you value your sanity, forget this place.

Good and hard working teams. Greater pay would be advantageous. More work-life valance, although it’s not as bad as some places. Communication is not always great from top down.
