Where do I start, the company is a shambles, you get a van and told to drive 30 miles get there for 8am to a job you haven’t got a clue about, the information on the job description is rarely right and the accounts never give you enough to cover what you need so you always have to skimp on materials, mostly working in pubs and restaurants where you have to ask the staff to get customers to move so you can get in, and sometimes you’ll drive an hour to do a 10 min job and the next job will be two hours away, the company itself is a “I don’t know” company where that’s the answer to all your questions, they don’t care about health and safety they’ll happily turn a blind eye to it until something goes wrong or they will tell you to do it or they won’t pay you for the day, the vans are tracked and If you take a route that takes up more miles or petrol they will hound you for reimbursement, absolutely no tools supplied they expect you to buy and use your own tools and you have to make sure you correctly fill out your time sheet or they will dock your wages to the nearest 10, any issues you face with the van will be deemed your fault unless they were put on the report at the start of you using it so if you’re engine is clapped out and you don’t realise until you’ve signed the document that’s your fault they won’t give you a spare or pay you until you’re back on the Rd again, I cannot stress enough how bad this working environment is. There are thousands of other companies who provide a shed load of more benefits than this company, 13 people I started with all quit within the first 2 weeks they’re constantly turning over new staff 

My experience working here was disappointing and ultimately led me to leave the company.

The role involved significantly more travelling than I expected based on discussions during the interview process, with many jobs requiring journeys of 1.5–2 hours each way. I also raised concerns regarding working conditions and PPE requirements on certain jobs but did not feel those concerns were taken seriously.

Upon leaving the company, deductions were made from my final wages for PPE, vehicle repairs and vehicle cleaning. I disputed these deductions as I did not agree that the costs were reasonable or justified. Despite raising my concerns formally, we were unable to reach a resolution.

There were some good people working within the business, but overall I did not feel supported and found communication from management frustrating when concerns were raised.

This company is a complete shambles, the turnover of skilled staff is unbelievably high and they never question why ? The company is completely faceless, you don't see anyone unless it's the job inspector who is a painter and decorator?????? What he knows about carpentry and plumbing beggars belief. The main reason tradesman leave is because they are asked to bodge jobs and pay issues. They just deduct pay with no explanation ??? They use job logic and no real description or information and when you call your line manager you just get passed around and end up back  to original person. You get no travelling expenses and that could be an extra 3 hours per day ?? When I handed my required months notice in they dropped me that day and I lost a months money

Unapproachable directors/managers. 
Completely unskilled and downright embarrassing managers.
Depending on what side of the business you work in you will just be a number, couldn't care less about trying to keep their overworked and undervalued staff members. You're easily replaceable, I heard one of the company directors saying this many times. No loyalty to their staff whatsoever and not a great company to work for due to this, morale is constantly low.
Go elsewhere!

No incentive and absolutely no growth . No regard for anyone . A few people dictate how the company is managed  . Appalling communication skills. I won’t advise anyone to look for employment there. There is absolutely no job guarantee and the management is extremely poor . Don’t know how they get away with their policies . Learnt nothing from working there . Awful experience 

Do NOT bother working for this company or applying for the SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR POSITION the manager is AWFUL. Do not give up your current job for this position. Management have no clue what they are doing. You will get messed around. Office environment is not pleasant at all. They do not even offer free coffee or tea. No benefits to working there at all. TOXIC. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 

No direction or leadership abit soft management worked with plenty of companies and managers but felt very clueless within the trade I was working in but as a whole office staff was lovely 

Not a great company to work for, no management there are engineers who are unskilled and no trade telling you what to do. 
You will not get paid traveling AT ALL you will end up giving over 40hrs per month for free with the travel. 
Would not recommend working there

Management are very understanding should you have a personal problem
Regular reviews and 'keeping in touch' catch ups


Straightforward speaking management and pro active with progression of staff, regular assesments.
no 2 days are the same, the days go quick due high volume of work coming into business
