Clunky CRM system although capable not very intuitive

Depending on the dealership it swings from strong sensible management to very challenging and disarray 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depends on the day can be simply checking people in and daily housekeeping tasks like accepting deliveries and organising the stock for upcoming jobs or having to jump through hoops for brands to get a simple warranty work authorised and spending hours chasing after parts

Great place to work,  management understanding of childcare issues and doctors appointments, Good support of mental health problems, and processes in place to help with any issues.

Is a face paced work environment so you have to be on the ball but fun place to work and the team are brilliant to work with.

Training is comprehensive and refreshed regularly, only grumble would be lack of progression. 

I would recommend avoiding the Salisbury site. Overall company is good, sales team is good but poorly run Service Department at Salisbury. There is no respect, no appreciation, no progression, false promises from management (i.e training). You get watched and criticised with everything you do, regardless if your right or wrong. The work atmosphere and attitude is very poor towards customers and staff. Not a nice or friendly environment to be in.

A good place to see out your final years at work. Do not expect any perks, incentives or promotions and you won't be disappointed. Won't matter how hard you work it won't get recognised. However, if you do work hard it does reflect in your wages. Management are sadly the biggest issue here hence why everyone has left. Honda as a product is, and will continue to be a  fantastic brand.

I've worked here for 2 years made some good friends I enjoy the work ive met some really nice customers to who I will miss each day is a different day as well 

I've worked at Horizon Magna Group for many years. It's always had a friendly atmosphere and a nice bunch of people to work with. 

I will recommend working at Horizon Magna as it's had a lot of staff who have been with the company over 15 - 20 years so they must be doing something right!

Constantly over booked and when the work doesn’t get done its our fault the service advisor think everything is a 2 minute job there is no investment for the future the and the conditions are poor

horizon Honda is a good place to work and is a growing company, the pay is fair. They take health and safety very serious and they always aim to please. Customers are treated very well and are very loyal

I cannot fault the staff who have been really helpful and friendly. I was surprised that many staff have been here for years. 

The role although busy is not stressful.
