Executive teams often are forced to do huge amount of work in their evenings and weekends, with no proper reward. Staff constantly leaving, both junior and senior. Can't hire fast enough to fill the voids left. Manchester office seems at odds to the rest of the offices around the world. Global teams seem to avoid helping us if at all possible, will only work with us if they absolutely have to and then even the work will be shoddy and lengthy.

The company is currently undergoing a reorganization, a process that can be challenging but also presents an opportunity to strengthen its foundations for the future. However, it is unfortunate to note a lack of transparency towards the employees during this critical period. Internal communication appears to be insufficient, leaving many employees uncertain about the impact of these changes on their roles, job security, and future within the company.
