My role is to work within Housing services taking responsibility alongside the Neighbourhood
Team to deliver a high quality customer focused housing management.
To receive and deal with all inquiries. To provide effective administrative service within the office to enable teams to function effectively. Work within the community on projects that will enhance neighbourhoods. Maintain and update computerised and manual systems relating to customers to ensure information is accurate and kept up to  date .Assist  neighbourhood teams 
to promptly offer accommodation and dealing with voids Assist teams in any marketing or promotional work within the communities they serve,. Duties include customer queries incoming and outgoing, ordering office supplies mailmerges, terminations, applications, commencements, filing,
archiving,invoicing,franking,
Post and all other duties associated with administration. Its a very busy office and can get quite hectic, but I enjoy the job very much
I will be very sad to leave.

A typical day at work would be to inspect void properties, list the works to be carried out and input the works on the computer. I would also liaise with any outside contractors to arrange for works eg roofing contractors etc. I also supervised the works being carried out by the various trades on site. I gave toolbox talks to the work persons, dealt with customer queries regarding repairs, and issued the works to my team of assistants.
The most frustrating part was having to sometimes do a job within the budget, knowing that a more professional job was required. The most enjoyable part was the rapport I had with my fellow workmates on every level.

the only decent part is regular pay, but that's not a compettive amount

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
micro-managed by brown tonuers in the office counting every minute of your daying while drinking lot's of coffee them selve's

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
endless meetings and 'training' sessions to be told how and what to think. often take place at the expense of having to leave teneants job's undone

this is very busy environment, we have a range of customer that come into thwe office seeking help in regards to employemnt.
our advisors depend on the receptionists to book in first initial assesments. 
i have other duties to attend on a daily basis, ie: filing, photocopying, covering reception, handling refreshment, printing hand copies for training courses held else where in the building etc.

the most enjoyable part of the job is helping people. 

my co-workers are amazinf people to work with on a professional and personal matter. 

Management is poor they don't respond when you need them too. Work itself is standard no new challenges or achievements each day is the same tedious tasks over and over no progression within company other than senior roles etc. The pay is low for what you have to do considering there's alot at times. Work colleagues are two faced talk about each other alot in a very negative way and its one rule for one and another rule for another. Overall the company is poorly organised and doesn't treat its staff with value or importance.

Verified week to week ,jobs like cleaning and emptying void properties.Emergency water leaks that need to be dealt with.Properties needing carpet cleaning , graffiti removal with petrol jet washer.Communal  schemes need carpet cleans ,through out the Bradford area.Hard parts of the job is dealing with infestations in properties such as insects rats etc.Dirty properties blocked sewage pipes etc.The most enjoyable part is helping people moving in to homes and helping vulnerable and elderly customers.

A good employer who takes the health of it's staff seriously and has excellent policies and procedures.

They will help staff improve and develop where they can however being a social housing provider funds can be limited for this at times.

Incommunities has given me the chance to build my targets, work as a team, get experience and plenty more. My typical day at woek would be very busy, working as a team to get the job completed. I have learned to work safe, my NVQ etc. The management of incommunities are very organised with job what they give us to complete. Managment help to improve someones life every hour of everyday.

I've been working at in communities for nearly 6 months now and i am really enjoying it.
All the employees and mentors have been more than helpful when it came to helping me find a job and better myself for the future.
would highly recommend anyone struggling to find work to take part in the ILM project as its a really useful project and helps you better yourself at the same time as preparing you for work.

The company has ability to provide a service to customers,  though this was not always witnessed.
Management restructuring is the key.
They don't listen to employees and everything you do is overseen by management.
Bad trust within departments, non negotiable.
Staff never feel appreciated.
