They use for a bit and just leave you saying you arent required through text. They lack communication and training was not even given during some of my roles within office depot. This agency also doesnt care if you dont get any work and dont want to help you progress within a working environment. Trust me you would work there for 2 weeks max and they would say you arent required. The other day i was finally called up for work just to know that i was removed completely off, of the system so i would have been working for free

Working in the Sortation department, loading and unloading the trucks with the PPT Lift Truck.

Having to work on the belt , especially when the lines are running really fast.

The work environment and culture wasn’t really an ideal thing for me , in my opinion I think it wasn’t that good.

Stressful and sometimes I feel like going home

I worked there and was taught how to do stuff by other new members who had been there a month the managers don’t have a clue what they are doing and they hire lazy people and favour them more for some reason I grafted and did other peoples work and got stressed out because people didn’t do their work and left me to do it woke up to find out they sacked me for stressing ?? Managers don’t have a clue what they are doing wouldn’t bother 

I was working for Industria personnel at last Christmas peak.It was well paid time but after 3 weeks of hard work my shift was canceled no other job was offered afterwards. Only thing what I heard was empty promises to find something elso for me what never happened. Worthless time spent by calling them almost every day and waiting for job what never showed up for me.

I am desirable person to work in field of Nursing Assistant helping and caring people in need and very challenging role.
 I am enjoying working in Real estate company when we got a best buyers paying outright cash and am very happy to get my commmission everytime they paid the outright cash in their property they bought.

The Hardest job I experienced is working in the Ware house .

Was offered work as drivers mate. Went to the induction as was told there was plenty of work. Told that we get paid for our time. Was offered couple hours following morning but was to late to get there. Nothing after so lost other jobs I was offered. Week later I'm told we don't get paid unless you go out in the vans aswell... rubbish communication. Avoid this agency like the plague.

After 1.5 waisted years there, all I can say its one of the worse jobs I ever did (experience in Poland, Norway, Sweden, Denmard and now in England) They talk loads about respect but when you are in there everything is change in practice. They dissrespect people and treat them like ''things''. Parts have bigger value then you. Just go there and try but I give you 4 to 6 months like 90% people :D Good luck

Great agency.Always pay wages on time.Plenty of overtime.
Always have work for me sometimes the jobs are minimum wage but then when they are busy around christmas they always sort me out with good rates. Some of their jobs pay over £8 and £9 an hour.

a typical day at a warehouse normally is very stressful and fast. i learn how to work faster and how to give a customer a good service . Since we work all the time without stopping i didn't have time to know well my co-workers but must of them was very friendly.the hardest part of the job was staying almost 12 hours working and just have 30 min of rest.
