Think even HMP would be better place to stay at, stay away at all cost. Most staff is unfriendly, most supervisors are rude and think they are all the way above you, canteen food just sucks overall , way over priced for the quality you get. Their Beef Burger cost over 3 quid when in reality i can get a Rustler from BNM , slap it in the microwave and would get better quality and taste per price ,you have this 37 minute of breaks allowance which 30mins for your main break and 7 for your toilet breaks for the whole day, which in reality come on its not enough, you get set breaks and most of the time you will be sitting in a fully packed small canteen area. Place is very disorganized. In summer this place attract seagulls, so if you have a nice car you will most likely get it shat on , there will be times where you also will get shat on, think only good thing about this place is that there is a set rota so you will always know what you are working, so you can make plans and balance work with personal life, also this place is overtime friendly and in most cases you can do as much overtime as you want to, i would only work here if you want to pick up a technician skill as other job offers in here are boring.

What is the best part of working at the company?
There is no best part. The management is awful and a Supervisors as well. They don't like if the emloyers are thinking they like if the staff working like a robots. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When the supervisors are always cheking your break time and asking why are you stay longer with 1 minute. Because 1 minute the staff get caf form and need to go a meeting with Hr. Other thing they want a high efficiency but we need to  use a  chinese parts and most of the time there are no parts to complete the repair so you can get a caf form as well because a low efficiency but everybody no is not fair that they are not ordering parts but it is not important for the supervisors or the management. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The people are not helpful with each other or New members. The supervisors have no idea how to do the job they are requiring from the staff and they are rude with the staff. If you have any idea to improve the work it is impossible to share with the management because they don't care what the staff says because they think they know better. But actually they don't know what staff is doing on their line.

Constantly under pressure to meet Efficiancy targets, with many things out of your control, and when you make mistakes, you get written warnings to improve, or face diciplinery actions. 
Minimum wage across the board, unless your managment, 
There are chances to get promotions internally, but rarely see them advertised as they get passed on to ' Friends of managers. ' 
Getting told off for being 3 minutes late back from your 1 and only break, (after having to queue for 2 metal detectors (1 in, 1 out) and walking half way round the factory, then across the carpark to your locker.
Your treated as a number by managment, and security.

work is easy enough tho, after after 2 weeks "Training", and then you have to skip tests / processes to attempt to keep your Efficency at a level where your not scolded by team leader, who checks Daily, on your efficency target.

Good place to work while you apply for other jobs, just dont stay to long, i was there for 5 years, and it wore me down.

I don't even know where to start.
There is a lack of  general organisation, the manager in returns Missguided is always late,clueless about everything (you will surely know more than him on your first day) and unprofessional.
 Sexism, colorism and favoritism perfume the atmosphere on a daily basis and his lack of interest on the actual job, not to mention people skills turn the place into an anarchic mess. The refusal of bettering things mixed with the classical "God complex"  will lead into two ways: accepting bullying,delays and daily disrespect and keeping the job or asking to be treated as a human and being fired without any reason.

we cost adjust manual invoices on a daily basis from emails that arrive in an email box, between 40 to 50 emails daily to three portals to which there can be over 90 cost adjustments waiting to be completed. we have an Hours SLA on each mail and i work in a team of two people.
All cost adjustment must be complete each day by 6.00pm.
I work in a team of seven, whom collect the debits daily weekly and monthly, each evening at 5 its is up to my team to co-ordinate extra help to complete the work to the daily SLA.
To which is achived.
Hardest part is explaining to sale that they have not sent work correctly so work is rejected to be resent and showing sales how to do their jobs.
Job satifaction is leaving at 6.00pm knowing all work is complete.

I loved my job and my day to day tasks , however , I was never praised for all the good things I did right only criticised and pulled up for minor mistakes ... I'm talking petty minor issues! The relationship with management was very separate , they made it clear that you were below and replaceable. 
I joined through an agency and was being paid fairly for my work. I was then offered to join their company in which they offered me more work and responsibilities for an insulting pay decrease . I didn't get the chance to accept nor decline this offer as in that same week I injured my ankle and they disposed of me without a single thanks or goodbye.

You feel the pressure to make a good impression and ensure every visitor feels like a VIP. You'll see 100s of faces everyday, answer tonnes of calls which you'll immediately transfer. Keep stakeholders updated via web chat regarding their visitors, and get to meet some lovely people from all different departments. Some admin work involved, keeping the area well stocked, clean and tidy. Nothing too crazy. Extremely busy periods and also hours where nothing seems to happen. I really enjoyed the people here, and miss the role and the vibes back then.

When I joined Ingram Micro, it was part of a fairly large team which specialised in HP Service Contracts.  By the time I had left that team had been reduced to 2 people, and they had decided to outsource the team to Eastern Europe - and leave just 1 person in the UK.  

Each day was a challenge, both with customers and HP demands.  Lots of having to think on your feet about how to resolve an issue and produce accurate quotations in a quick and timely manner.

The people within the office that I worked in, made the job.  Everyone - from Pre-Sales, to Sales, to finance, were all willing to help each other.

Terrible company to work for. They will not provide you with a permanent contract unless you are a favourite. I was employed here for nearly 2 years. I trained new staff my second week on the job! I cancelled my holiday, worked 11-12 hour shifts, picked up overtime all to help the company but every time I asked about a permanent contract they had a “freeze” on hiring. No pay rises no incentives to stay. The management and HR are best friends so they are pretty much untouchable. I was let go after have a mental breakdown due to the stress this workplace caused me. The turnover rate is disgraceful. No chances for progression. 

Absolutely awful place to work.
Full of young people who don't take their job seriously. 
Management is a joke and have no experience in team management. 
Employment agencies also are a joke. 
I wouldn't come back here or reccomend this place to anyone. Maybe one of the worst employers in Norwich. Paid minimum wage, expected to do all the OT. No work benefits, bonus, extra holiday, schemes, pay rises... Nothing.. No contract offered after years service by Anovo/Ingram micro kept on temp agency work through their onsite agency morson/omega. Atrocious cheap company who don't care about their staff.
