Well I was looking for a job and then I went to interaction recruitment  in Northampton and took a business card. I then wasn't aware how agencies hired so I text a recruitment consultant.  With not knowing I was offered a position with novo croft ltd a Oyster card service in moulton park. I was so happy with getting my first job and a pay of £6.66 per hour. Induction arrived went there was told about the company and the trainers were great and shown us a bit about the company on a projector. we did do quizzes which was great and a introduction on who who were. Fantastic people and management and staff told us how to do everything. First day started of induction training was Thursday 30 August 2012 Friday 31st August 2012 was training in the production team and the day nearly finishing. I did find the job boring but it was a job. Near to the end we were told what shifts to do so 6am to 2pm is the one I chose when work begins on Monday 4th September 2012. We had a small talk before going home when I received the news of being let gone so dismissed by the hirer as they said I wasn't capable of working here on the peak season. Unfair could of kept me for already a week now struggling badly to find a job after bring sacked. Did involve a lot if paper work to get this but thank you interaction and novo croft. They have rights to dismiss within the probation period but u still don't know why I was sacked for sure I was hardworking and committed. My fault for saying job so boring and to easy as it takes time more more to grasp but something's Iam a quick learner and performance is good and can follow instructions. Success applicants will be made permanent after 3 months probation period. Finally interaction recruiter who I worked for said he will find something else for me but he didn't there so liars 

Was fed a pack of lies from start to finish. Inept, rude and ignorant staff who make out they're your best friend when registering....the job description was inaccurate and the shift advertised did not exist. Whenever I had a problem nobody wanted to know. The pay is always wrong or never on time and the process of getting paid in the first place is so shoddy and unprofessional it could lead to premature baldness.

I was based at northampton branch and lodged a complaint with a manager. Who, while understanding and willing to help eventually lead to no resolution. 

THE ABSOLUTE WORST agency I have ever worked for. Full of liars and people only out for commission for registrations. 

Will be reporting them to whoever I can. This company should be shut down for dishonesty, incompetence and downright rudeness exhibited by the members of staff. Or torn down and rebuilt from the ground up and actually train their consultants to be honest and get rid of the shockingly bad pay process

I applied for a job via interaction recruitment, received an interview with the end company, which seemed very promising. I was told my feedback would be given via the person who is handling this position at interaction recruitment, within the next 2 days. Nothing for 3 days. I emailed and called to speak to this person to get an update. They said they hadn't heard anything but they will get back to me tomorrow. Nothing. I gave them another 2 days. Nothing. Emailed for an update, which was ignored. Called through and was told 'oh I've just received an email from them, I'm dealing with it now and i'll get back to you by tomorrow'. Nothing. The start date has been and gone. It's a waste of my time when I could have been looking for something else. I did all the chasing and still no answer. I was also called a different name  (in reply to an email with my name on it) and the job spec given was not the correct job spec I went to interview for. The hours were wrong and the shift pattern. If this job agency can't even recruit their own people to do their job right, then what is the point.

This so called recruitment agency is still open today? I thought they would of been closed down by now ages ago in fact with there illegal practices that goes on. If anyone reading this review is even thinking of registering DON'T! It's a scam from job posts to payments. If your silly enough and do join these morons then you won't know any difference when things turn out the way they normally do. I myself got sent to a job that was 24 miles away from my home at 06:00 on a Monday to then find out on that day I wouldn't be needed as they had sent somebody else as well. The guy who was there before me on that day worked at this rubbish well known fish place in Suffolk for 2 weeks before he realised what a bunch of idiots these people where. By this time he had worked 2 weeks with wrong payments and was late being paid as well. Glad that wasn't me! If you like wasting your money and time then join here as that's all you'll be getting and nothing else! Full of idiots that work for Interaction as you might soon find out? or already have? Please.....Don't do it! Hope sars come for these lot!

Interaction Recruiters are always switching agency staff based on favouritism or to allow everyone on their books to work, to get back tax on each temporary agency worker.

Could be working for 7 days a week if you wanted to, for two weeks straight, then you may not hear from them for a month or two because they're trying to get as many people on the books as possible.

Sometimes can be good working hours/pay, pay sometimes can be short, so always note down your hours and argue if they're any problems. 

Different locations all over London sometimes outside of London, try to get a friend to sign-up with you who has transport if you haven't got any! 

I joined this agency and got a phone call regarding a temp to perm position delivering high end kitchens. I told the agent who is the driver recruitment manager that I was happy in my current job but wanted higher pay which this job promised. So I left my full time position just to find out I had been lied to and I was only There to cover the permanent drivers holiday for two weeks (I found this out as one of the other permenant drivers who I was working with took pity on me and spilled the beans). They didn't even have the decency to find me another job before that one ended they just told me i was not longer needed. Avoid at all costs the manager talks a good game and comes across as friendly but they have no problem stabbing people in the back to keep their clients happy. Also check your pay as under payments happen all the time, you are expendable.

After my 12 weeks with Industria I was taken on by the company, I was told that the company I would be working for are like a big family, I have never worked with a bunch of lazy,ignorant,untrustworthy,moaning,petty individuals throughout my working life. The job is so boring and you work 8 hours and only get a 20mins break hardly a break is it but most of the jobs involves sitting down on uncomfortable chairs but when I say jobs you are not doing the same job each day and have to learn a multitude of jobs as a machine operator,  Hourly rate is basic pay and a extra 34p when you get set on permanent no weekly bonus but 30p an hour shift allowance on late shift pittance pay for what is involved should be £9 hr at least. It's slave labour for what is involved don't work there.

I applied online for a job they were advertising. I was told to travel 50 miles to see some woman (who were'nt even there when I arrived) and was in the centre for approx 5 minutes. I was told I had a 6 month long job working 9-5 Monday - Friday. 
I was told I would be starting the first week in January, which was then pushed back to the 16th of January. 
I arrived at this place of work and sat through 2 hours of death by power point. Once the rep from Interaction had left we were informed we would be working 1-9 Monday - Sunday for 1 week. 
Due to personal life I am unable to work past 5. 
I felt humiliated to have been fed this pack of lies. Myself and about 5 other people had been fed the same lies leaving us no option but to leave immideatly. 
Now, here I am. Without a job and an income.

Do not work for these people!

I joined Interaction, like many others applying for a position they advertised. Spent money on train and bus tickets to get there and registered no problem. 

The issue with this agency though is that once your signed on with them the job you applied for doesn't seem to exist. I was going for warehouse work, I like physical labour and moving around when I work. They phoned up and offered me a customer service role of answering phone calls for flood claims.??? 

I contacted them several times regarding warehouse work and the position I applied for and even saw additional posts for warehouse work but was never offered these. To me this was a complete waste of my time, effort and funds. 

If you don't want the run around I'd stay well clear.

Just to warn you this agency will mess you about at YOUR own financial expense and think this is perfectly okay for them to do so. (Which it isn't at any time of the day)! They'll send you to jobs that they already have covered but you'll only find this out once you get there on the day. By that time you've wasted time and effort and your own expense to do this. My advice to anyone thinking of joining this agency DON'T you'll be doing yourself a massive favour and save time and money to do other and better things. Absolute USELESS staff in the office who couldn't tie their own shoe laces let alone run an agency. Absolute joke of a place. If you do join? you will soon find out what i'm talking about. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
