Its okay. I will give an honest review of working with ITM Power.

The people mostly (collegues in particular) I worked with were very friendly, nice people and offered support if you ever needed it.

It is a warehouse production job with new implemented targets, please do not think this is any different to any other warehouse job out there. I am glad that the new job advertisements fit the job role/description alot better than they did before! 

Its a newish small company with room for progression if managed accordingly and to a higher standard.

Management is satisfactory. Although there is alot of room for improvement. 

Pay is pretty good and overtime pay is decent.

Lots of changes are being made in the company with the highest staff turnover  rate I have ever witnessed at any job I have ever worked at and this is not even a joke.

Nice set of really helpful people. One of the things that kept me motivated to keep working for them. They were not very stringent on where you want to stay or eat while travelling on company business. 

In my time with the company the technology was not there in terms of long term stability. Too many similar problems in each project. Changing  priority on hourly basis and for some reason company took pride in that.

It was very unstructured approach to doing things whether it be projects or people growth in the company. No salary review or raise structure. Worked for over 2 yrs did not get any raise was promoted to a Senior role still nothing.

Managers/leads too often pulled the seniority card to get the job done there way,  whether it make sense technically or not.

Great company to work for but unfortunately working under management who don’t have a absolute clue what’s going on employers have more knowledge but because they are management it goes their way even tho they have zero experience and knowledge 
Hard to work your self up because management only place close friend's and family members in them positions not anyone with the correct knowledge very corrupt management and the company will go down hill while they have these management in place all management are there to save their own job and blame the rest for their own faults the ceo and shareholder need to look into this 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good management and achievement of mile stone high quality project

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Hydrogene industry is one of the latest industry development, therefore not too many people know about it. luck of literature

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
good atmosphere in a croded environment

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
filling datasheets and creating documents, trouble shoooting of pumps faults

Great potential for a new(ish) company with a strong position as potential market leader in a new and increasingly important industry, let down by hopefully early teething problems with an under resourced and largely inexperienced engineering team transitioning from a largely R&D environment to a commercial operation.

Nice and easy to settle in.
Onsite working team help new people settle in.
Management great.
Easy, stress free work.
Breaks are balanced out perfectly.
Good hours.
Ensure work is up to a high standard as it should.
Would highly recommend as it’s a fast growing company with a huge brilliant impact upon the community.
Canteen is run by a brilliant individual who knows how to cook and preserves snacks.

Only left to peruse a different career.

Great  company to work for the Lads wherr great pity I got ill and had to leave

There wasn't one the management where sound

Really good environment  a decent set of lads to work with

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Learn8n to build hydrogen battery cells

Growing too fast to cope. Relocating to the wrong place and trying to put structures in place too fast which are too punitive and not flexible. 
Under the right management it is a good company to work for as it was in the past.

The idea of the business is exciting, the reality not so much, they were never sure what they were doing or aiming for as a business, lost too much money, and therefore made many redundancies, losing good members of staff they will never get back.

Great green credentials ,with a lot of potential for the future.
No two days are the same with new projects being worked on daily.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
