Work discipline is high what I liked a lot. When was break time everyone went on break - nobody disappeared for secret breaks or took longer breaks what I've experienced in previous jobs. Unless someone had really good reason to be late there was no trouble. Always be on time. Pay was good. You also get from management little "thank you" (drinks to take home). 
Unfortunately there are no opportunities to grow or to obtain more experience. You're stuck on one job and maybe book-in some deliveries for some time.
People are in little groups. Many of them are lovely and it was pleasure to work with them yet some for no reason will give you weird looks or roll their eyes.
Supervisors are fine yet I've experienced supervisor dismissing person in warehouse in location where I worked and heard all. It was very awkward and it should have been dealt with privately in the office. 
You're expected to do 7 days a week during busy period what's not really ideal when you have small children. If you say no to overtime you get questioned.
Overall it's okay but to me monotonous with no chance to grow professionally. Time for me was running extremely slow.

I've worked very happily at Joe Browns for over 10 years and, in this time, I have seen the business evolve from a small mail order business to a highly successful multi-channel retailer.  As it has grown, the business has always maintained the same passion and enthusiasm as it had on my first day. Today Joe Browns is run by a fantastic team of highly skilled, massively supportive and hugely ambitious individuals who are helping it work towards its stretching future growth targets. This in turn is bringing with it lots of opportunity for everyone's ongoing development. Exciting times ahead!

Working at Joe Browns was a pleasure the staff and the management were fantastic they would go above and beyond to try help with any aspect of the job.
The only downside to working at the company was that they were short staffed over the Christmas period when I worked there and everyone would struggle to keep up with postal orders as we were entering telephone orders at the same time

I've been working at Joe Browns for just over 2 weeks and it is a great environment. Everybody works hard but it is collaborative, friendly, engaging and fun and reflects the vibe of the clothing.

Everybody enjoys their work and shares the values and culture of the business. There are flexible hours and some hybrid working, discounts on clothing, a focus on health and well being and having fun.

I have been working at Joe Browns for approaching 4 years now. I've worked in various different sectors, from education to agencies and other fashion brands, and Joe Browns is hands down the best place I've worked.

The company is growing and has big aspirations, but we grow as a team and never lose that friendly, fun small business feel, which is very rare. 
Random pizza and bakery deliveries also help!

Joe Browns is a great place for people wanting to work in an environment that is creative, invigorating, inspiring and collaborative.
There is no such thing as a typical day at work. When the workload is heavy, other employees band together to help hit targets on time and achieve those important company goals.

Working in the Joe Browns store doesn't feel like a retail job, it feels like your part of a chilled out relaxed team of friends who are passionate about the job they are doing. Going to work is a joy. The management are all brilliant and down to earth and appreciate the work people put in.

Get treated like rubbish down the phone by customers and by other departments as they look down on you because they think they are better. Horrible location and a lot of dodgy stuff goes on by people higher up.

great company to work for, the culture is employee focused around their needs with unlimited line support and a collegiate approach between departments

fantastic place to work, management more than understanding, made some amazing friends in my colleagues, good pay and regular pay rises, lots of holiday opportunities also
