What is the best part of working at the company?
Good team great manager. Was great to work and learn a lot. Always helpful people. I enjoy to work in John Cotton. Ofcorse all places not perfect but I never felt so great full to feel welcome in team.

I was never felt stressful Becouse always was doing my best

Always do your best. And respect everyone around you

Do good work. Do your job and company will appreciate hard work

DON'T WORK HERE. What a joke of place. Don't get me wrong the work as a cleaner was a breeze an the agency pay was decent but i got fired for using a little bit of milk JUST ONCE that I thought everyone was allowed to use for my brew as I swear I saw numerous other people using it. Literally got called into the office by shift manager, branded a thief an scum an was told to leave. No warning no chance to apologise for a honest mistake or anything. Just a bitter old man crying about a tiny smidge of milk. 

I used to work there as an machine operator assistant. First of all, this place is unhealthy, filthy, dusty and dangerous. You will be lucky if you will get any proper PPE or tools, like proper dust masks, spanners or knife blades, which are mandatory for the job purpose. Secoundly, staff is very rude,  especially when you are still on training. Management is very poor (count your working hours every week if you are going to work there!). Expect some fires in the building!

Company fired agency people when no work and depressed them

All good and many people with great behaviours work there

Nothing  that I can think of that is stressful

A typical day could be working your everyday job or posted to another area position or job, learning different skills from management and co workers alike, hardest parts can be overcome through communication and learning from others. Most enjoyable part of the job is knowing what you have made, you would be happy to receive if you were the customer. Job satisfaction.

Typical day it's different on every department. Can be very busy. Not really team players. Can't expect much from coworkers. Some shifts are understaffed some overstaffed but job load its expected same.

i have done there picking packing quilts.moving pallettes.i learned repair the blankets.learned how to run quilt machine.i learnd sew blankets on machine.
the management was good and understanding.
teamwork was good and easy with team.
i enjoyed my work experience in John Cotton.

Good place to work with a great set of lads. No progression from within the department which is a shame as I had so much to give the company. Some employees been here 35yr+ so hard to work with them as they're set in there ways from the 1980s

This is a very good company to work for .
Investment is high and the future outlook is good .
Very good management from top to bottom and for a large company it still has the family feel.
So far an enjoyable experience
