Really amazing training academy for graduates, great people to work with, flexible working culture (work when/how you want as long as you get the work done)
BUT salary is just not competitive, retention of experienced people is very poor (there seems to be an attitude of just replacing senior people with more and more graduates)

I would recommend working for them the training was really good they retrained you on things that you were not sure about.  
The manager is really easy going and approachable you work hard play hard nice company to work for .

My school had a work experience placement a week in November and I enjoyed my time at kainos. It was mostly all computer based and it was boring at times, but when you managed to make something work it was a cool experience.

I enjoyed working at Kainos and was granted some great opportunities during my time there. It experienced some significant growth during my time which became quite challenging with the merger of business units etc. 

Excellent culture, good work like balance provided the work is there, otherwise yo do need to travel as it is a consultancy. Free fruit, meal every month. Good opportunity to progress and learn new skills. Good management style and culture.

Great company to work for with excellent company culture. A lot of different opportunities in sales, tech, software engineering, management, human resources and so much more.

Overall a nice place to work at. If you come in at a lower grade/salary then it can be difficult to progress. Work is mostly public sector projects, so you'll have to deal with the usual civil service pace. 

they set up good policies around well being etc, they also have good company vibes so you can connect with and talk easily to people. the only short fall is the path taken in performance reviews

Very good place to work. Great benefits. Salary OK, not market leading but still good. Training is good, depending on how busy a project you are on.
