I didn’t have much prior knowledge of remortgage before working at Knights/Integrar, however the training team do a very good job of getting everyone to speed despite previous experience. Outside of standard training, the team are more than willing to work with individuals for refresher sessions and assisting with case specific questions. Along side the training team, the team leaders are very knowledgeable and can assist with day to day work and queries. I have found the team leaders are friendly and supportive and will take the time out of their day to listen to any concerns, work related or not. There are many social events in and out of the office that staff and management are encouraged to get involved with. 

A typical day would be to answer calls or reply to emails to help customers who need help with their remortgage process. Its really suitable for people who enjoy helping others and giving solution. The training team are really good because they can achieve the goal even by training people who have never been in a similar role (Conveyancing) and equip them with all the knowledge they require to do the job. The managers are really helpful in seeing the progress I am making and in giving good feedback. We have a really nice and friendly team and everyone is happy to help each other.

Was made redundant right at the start of the coronavirus pandemic despite being told a week before that all jobs would be safe and that we were in a great financial position. The firm still continued to make acquisitions but got rid of staff to keep profits up for the investors.

You are constantly being watched by upper management for anything you do. There is no progression. The office morale is really bad with no efforts to fix things from upper management. You don’t get any breaks and only a 30 minute lunch which is crazy you are expected to be sat at your desk for 7 and a half hours! The pay was awful for what was expected.

Since working at the company they have continually removed the perks that make working such a boring job even more tedious. The wage isn't fair and negotiations are met with no compassion or consideration for the individual 

Seemed like call answered were there to slow down contact with the actual case workers as very poor support hence the high turnover on staff and their poor rating overall.  They lose about 2 members of staff a month as most don’t stay or are released within approximately 3 months

Redundancies as such a large business. But fairly decent place to work. Nice people. Structured day. 

Free on site parking. 

Lots of offices and acquiring more. Treated fair by business partners   

Opportunities to move depts etc 

It's like one big family when you their and you always feel welcomed without no judgements a day would typically be get into work feed horses get horses in and out muck out stables sweep down yards make sure horses are ready and out on yard in time for lessons  

Very nice people to work with. Enjoyed my time here however promotion is a little difficult. You barely get recognition for anything. All they care about is their revenue.

Work culture is good, and people are friendly. You can have a laugh with colleagues. Sometimes work can be repetitive but it isn’t too stressful. 2 weeks training is provided at the start then you learn the rest working on the ground
