What is the best part of working at the company?
The rate was good but the company itself was appalling. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management treating everyone terribly acting like they care in front of principal contractor. Then dispose of you when you’re at your lowest.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
it’s probably the worst farm I’ve ever worked for and I’ve been working in the industry for the last 20 years

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
That could be a number of different things because there were so unorganised we didn’t know what we were doing every day to the next underage supervisors management. I don’t know what they’re doing like going round in the circles every day

Culture is clicky, lots of employees have worked there for years, not kept up with IT skills, fall short of modern day IT.  No flexibility, not able to work from home well some are if you work for the right manager but overall no flexibility.  Long hours, not nice environment.  The language was bad in the office no one said anything.  Some incompetent management.  Can't suggest new ways of working, dont listen, not interested in improving processes.  Very stuck in their old ways from the old Raymond Brown company, haven't moved forward.  HR dont want to know, heard of others being bullied verbally and no one does anything, turn a blind eye to this behaviour

Brilliant, best company iv ever worked for as a sub contractor,so far

Nothing as it's organised.
Brilliant approachable management at every level

Excellent, always positive , helpful, understand, anything you need to do the job they get

Cup of tea, morning briefing, toolbox talk, method statement,risk assessment, permits done , work, break, work, break, home

Alvays busy, two breaks, working till 5 pm

I personally try’s to make a difference everyday

Good company with differant types of construction site so you need a large knowledge. we have started doing more marine work plus on frameworks with water companys and airports docks, and army camp roads wind farms etc.knights brown have three different hubs ringwood, Rochester,and bridge end

Worked for a number of competitors and this outfit is by far the best, allow you to excel in role and try new ways of working. 

not a  great deal of positive feedback  from management , only interested in impressing senior management on their infrequent  visits. Workers treated okay but generally  ignored.

Good friends i have made here, learnt a great from some experienced workers. But now looking for a bigger challenge with a job which is not the same every day.
