unstructured, various tasks are being thrown at you by various managers or colleagues and all of them are always considered urgent, so you have to complete them on the spot

The department I work for is made of amazing people but the overall environment is very friendly. If you want to improve your ability and you are proactive you can learn a lot but unfortunately there isn’t much possibility of career growth in UK
