Kram-Contract-Cleaning

This job fitted into my university schedule well and the office team were always welcoming, friendly and open with any general concerns you may have. However, not so much when raising a complaint about one of their management team. The place I worked in was lovely and there were pleasant staff to work alongside. The manager however, was extremely poor in any sense of direction. Many places have that typical gossip - but you would not expect this from a 2.5 hour cleaning job from your own manager. When expressing my own concerns to this manager, I was greeted with hostility and nothing else. I had actually gone to the extent of recording this conversation on my mobile phone. When expressing this to the HR department (owners) as my reason for leaving, they did not pursue this further and I felt that I was not listened to. The job itself is generally easy getting everything prepped ready for the day and you find yourself building rapour with office staff. The hardest part of the job was poor management and poor atmosphere. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Down to Earth people, and I was fortunate enough to have good teammates and supervisor. Never had any problems 🙂

Sometimes run low on supplies, and sometimes there's no cover (but you can only do so much, anyway)!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very pleasant. Decent people, easy to get good of when I needed them.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go in, have a natter, stress about people coming into work last minute (or not), and then getting on with the work!

best team worked for nothing to much trouble with these help you best can good team to work for materials you clean with spot on and on time need time of quick to sort well done

Late arrival time for home, past office hours (20:00).

Laid back, laissez faire environment and a very diverse culture.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
5pm start and clean a site for 2 hours and leave at 7pm.

Money is okay for work involved. Some overtime. Training poor. Always felt that supervisor was talking about you behind your back but not in a good way, this underlined by numerous sly digs at previous and new colleagues. Sexist. When confronted, they struggled to make eye contact. Expected to report on other staff. Disappointed at time of exit but relieved after reflection as slow toxic attitudes made it difficult to stay positive.

Loved it there. my biggest regret was leaving them for Kia

they are an employment agency, hence working at Kia,looked after me very well

A typical day at Oceana Nottingham working for KRAM varied from day to day worked, you never knew what to expect due to student nights or events that were going on. I learnt a lot of people skills and how to handle difficult situations correctly. i was lucky that my co-workers were very friendly and that i also worked along side a few of my family members. I most enjoyed being able to leave knowing what the night club looked before we'd been in and also after.

I had big pleasure to work in this company, if not my family circumstances changed I would work still same company, I would love to continuing my career there any time. They have well scheduled shifts and never had a problems to get day off and book holidays. Team is well organized and friendly. Supervisors are doing good job by checking work and fixing any existing errors and never scared to help with any questions, tasks or difficulties. 

All the time I worked with kram  I only saw the supervisor once at the signing of my contract.  We were given new chemical cleaners to use  no     instructions  or training  were give. You had to sort it out the best you could.  kram  got the contract for cleaning  because they were cheap   this shows  with  their lack  staff interaction  they are long on words and short on action

I was placed with a company, the place was filthy. Even after 3 months I couldn't get it clean. I was given no training, no guidance. I was expected to just know. Then I was dismissed. They claimed I left early, the management screaming down the phone at me. Expected me to reach places I simply couldn't. My stock was never delivered to the right place. I wouldn't recommend working with or for them.
