Great place if you want a simple job and prefer working shifts. 
If you want want progression and a long term future within a workplace this is not the place. They have full families in management and also managers who get their friends high level roles who do practically nothing but are safe in their role because they are a godfather to a managers  kids for example.
If you live in the village and your face fits feel free to take as many breaks as you want, leave the building to get high and have no repercussions at all. Training was good initially upon joining the company but later the training was scattered and based on what mood the trainer was in rather than a clear path to progression.

As a whole not good at all. The management are a joke who seem to be trying to run the place into the ground which actually makes sense as it looks like the place is going to shut anyway and it saves on redundency pay. The only positive about the place is the people but they are mostly fed up and want to leave too.

Like any factory work can be boring and repetitive. Good shift patterns of 3 on 3 off with regular breaks. Holidays are good but you can’t choose when to take them.
