There is overall a wonderful team and workforce at Launchmetrics. The work culture is great amongst co-workers. They can however be limited at how well they can make new team-members feel included, both as part of the team but also with what the businesses does and how everything works. I'd give A+ to the vast majority of people I've worked with and encountered there, all super friendly and happy to help and show everything you ask for. 

The reason for my reservations about the place is hearing some of the executives (one in specific) bad-mouthing people who have worked there previously. Hearing this said openly without regard of who's around to hear it was absolutely shocking, for an executive to say, "she was absolutely s**t" (and the manner in which they said it) when discussing a former team-member I think sets the tone of their values, and since it's from a person with a high position at the company, I do believe this reflects on the general operations as well.

The team were super supportive and there was always a positive vibe between co workers

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The complexity of selling so many different products

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Really positive - the senior team are kind and approachable and the wider team were always willing to help each other

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Flexible - between client meetings, emails and internal meetings it was fairly laid back. They recognise you have a life outside of work and respect that

Good place to grow and learn, the marketing team is well structured and you will learn a lot from the different people and departments. Fast paced but good collaboration with teammates.
