You get plenty of training and people in management are good to get belong , If you’re honest and hard worker, and like challenges you’ll have no problems working here . 
Staff is friendly and easy to get along with and they are also very helpful. Great benefits and bonuses too.
 
Many people complaining about long hours and smell on site , Smell is something  you can get used to and long hours giving benefits to earn more as overtimes are extra paid 
 
Great progression opportunities , after spending 10 years with Leo Group starting on inspection belt and becoming as a Management is a big move and a pleasure. 
 


I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a job. Very hostile, toxic work environment that will drain on your personal and professional life. 
It will breed unrest, competition, low morale, constant stressors, negativity and sickness. 
The organisation favours certain groups over others, employees are expected to meet unrealistic demands and expectations, employees are reprimanded (or even fired) for the first transgression rather than corrected and guided and the organisation allows bad apples to stay because of friendships or relationships - very biased.

I worked here for 5 weeks until I got sacked because of a deliberate false allegation made against me from a Penrith driver. If it wasn't for this I would still be working there. The work is easy, mainly trailer swaps. Money is good. I didn't find the smell to be that bad as everything was fresh, except for the shed at Bradford which was vile. All the trucks have damage so you have to take lots of pictures to cover yourself from company fines. You will also be fined for infringements etc etc. There is a zero tolerance for spillages. You won't find a better bunch of guys at Attleborough as they are friendly and helpful. If i had my time there again I would definitely invest in a body camera. 

Get told a time to start, arrive for your shift on time. Sit around for 4/5 hours waiting for a unit and then do a full day's graft. Guaranteed to push your hours and more than likely have to get rescued. Dirty work as you're transporting animal bi products. Office give best work to their favourite drivers (usually the polish). Wage is not what they advertise, in fact for a the work it is pretty pathetic. Make sure you pick up every bit of damage because you will get billed for everything.

To sum up, they run you like a dog and pay you like one to. Just avoid and and go somewhere different. The industry is bad enough at the minute to be getting the p*ss taken out of you here.  70k a year lmao

The job in itself could be a good job given the right management, culture and respect.... 
...but as it is, the planners are complete idiots who give no thought to the fact your a human, and have an actual life, if you question something then your treated even worse. Fined for damages you haven't caused, or accidental incidents eg a stone bouncing up on the motorway and cracking a fog light lense.
The place is a massive click, if your not in it or go slightly against the grain then your treated awfully.
Yes the pay is alright, but it's really not worth it for the stress, lack of any respect, lack of organisation and the feel of dread to have to work for these people.

The job is great but you get treated so badly. Expected to work every other weekend as overtime. So many extra hours worked but not paid for. Were given a payrise then job rates were cut so we no better off. You will get fined for any damage even if you didn't do it. No driver facilities. No room at all to drive in yard. Place is a mess. Very high turnover of drivers, always advertising for drivers. Not many make the 70k advertised unless you have no life at all. Not what I was told it was going to be.  Health and safety doesn't exist at all

I joined the Leo Group after my education and can unequivocally state, that I personally have learned more in my few years at the firm than I would at University. Whilst being at the company I have managed to gain knowledge on the operation and management of both commercial and residential properties. With the assistance of my superiors, I have developed a breadth of knowledge on insurance, hire equipment, general purchasing, and fuel prices – most of which has proven a useful skill I can apply to everyday life. With grit and determination there are ample opportunities at the Group to learn and grow in your career.

No duties is hard or very easy handle all with some effort and team work makes it easy to carry out duties , well communicated 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Work can not stressful once you know how to handle any duties accordingly and communication can come into help so understand where might be hard 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
No house without rules only to follow them and accommodating everyone then you all feels like one family

Fantastic people and great team working. Nice atmosphere makes me willing to come to work with great pleasure.
If you want to develop yourself the company gives you a lot of opportunities to do this – courses, trainings and encourage you in that way. 
I’ve been working here for over 4 years and never felt disappointed or underrated. I’ve gained and still I am gaining a great experience with this company.
I would like to be a member of this team as long as possible because I see a great potential in this company.
