What was once a promising opportunity quickly turned into a disheartening experience. The new management team seems completely disconnected from the realities of the workplace, offering little to no support. Genuine contributions are overlooked, and any success is swiftly claimed by leadership without acknowledgment of the actual effort behind it.

There’s a clear pattern of favoritism, with management bringing in their own circle and sidelining existing talent. This has led to a noticeable decline in morale and the erosion of a previous team. The dream that was sold during onboarding no longer reflects the current environment. If you’re looking for a place that values transparency, merit, and professional growth, I’d advise caution.

Typical day has shouting, tears and backstabbing resulting in very poor mental health for colleagues. Some people are severely overworked and taken advantage of leading to poor physical health and zero work life balance.
Too many people fail to communicate basic information. Management is unreasonably demanding. Dire lack of procedures to follow. The customer should come first.

LightSpeed has the potential to be an exciting and innovative player in the telecommunications industry. However, there’s a real need to improve how the company treats its employees, communicate more clearly about roles and responsibilities, and ensure its practices align with employment laws. By tackling these issues, LightSpeed could create a more positive work environment, keep hold of valuable talent, and lay the groundwork for long-term success.

nothing positive to say really, some of the management are ok

no job security , 6 month contracts

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
micro managed, some mangers are 2 faced and lack any people and management skills

I thought I’d died and gone heaven from working in the real world, so far so good and I’m enjoying the challenge of working here.
There are definitely worse places to work at, it’s a relatively relaxed atmosphere here, I’d definitely recommend it as an good place to work.

The management is good but the other departments and the lack of communication between them is the worst. A company that isn't going anywhere fast because they are more concerned about making money than listening to their staff and keeping good staff 

Work life ballance is spot on, treated like an adult which gives me the freedom to actually achieve results.

Great company to work for , enjoyed my time with them even if it was a short contract. 

Would highly recommend,  friendly,  professional and a great team , this business will excel and grow .

Managers and higher ups not interested in staff progression. Happy to lead you down a narrow path as long as they get their slice. Not the worst but very far from the best. 

Terrible, do not join. Does not count travel time as working hours. The van they gave you are cheap, the clothes the provide are from screw fix. Overworked and under payed
