Really high expectations of cleaning cars but to be done in a rushed time frame and the target is always being raised they expect 8 to 12 a day+

Some of the valeters are very immature and imsulting which on many occasions I experienced and got into heated arguments with them. One Team leader in particular thinks he's above everyone and literally shouts across the yard at anyone he pleases and others down right rude and disrespectful.

Autosmart products are used Some of them are just plain rubbish and inadequate to detail a car to a good standard cheap stuff....

Bossy co workers telling you what to do all the time then going off to spend an hour wandering around them selves or gassing. Playing songs in company cars and games on phones or screeching company cars down the yard flat out 

Outside of the valet area there's some awesome people I got to know in my time there Technicians, Mini staff, Smart, Tyres etc. all awesome and would go out their way to chat 

Valet very poor and no support or team spirit have heard they've seen thousands of valeters come and go over the years what does that tell you.

Feels like the end of a Nightmare.


I had seen many people come and go whilst I served my time here, I use these choice of words to help describe what felt like a prison sentence.  The ground workers are great, however some management displayed utter incompetence when it came to employee well being and morale.  Unrealistic targets & the goal posts always moving.  You’d be lucky to get your lunch in this place.  Constant monitoring and always being watched on camera, if you’re not a robot you’re not what they want. 
0 progression within the company.
Inadequate training for new starts.
Valet supervisor no help to the team whatsoever & very arrogant.



Good location and staff Good. Manager beyond belief.  Owner very friendly  a lot of history with trade.  New managerial structure installed based on intimidation.  Over 100 years of brand and customer experience lost due to management dictatorship.  Loyalty and experience stand for nothing now, if your attractive and fit in with manager., no experience required.   

Honestly one of the worst places I’ve worked for. Management will get rid of you if your face doesn’t fit and just not a secure job at all. I was told in the beginning that staff turn over was low and they bare face lied!! Don’t trust this company as far as you can throw them! 

Great bunch of people to work with. You definitely feel valued, and the management don’t work you to the bone like some places. They understand you have a life outside work and want the best for you. This isn’t to say you don’t have to work hard though.

 Room for advancement in the company. Upper management and directors are genuinely good people. 

The most stressful job I have ever had. Pushed to complete high standard valets with not enough time. Management allow cars to be added constantly throughout the day. Lucky to get your lunch break and the culture is not a nice one. Basically as a valeter your seen as scum of the earth by everyone else at the company.

Organiser and communication! Strong build team!

Last 5 min work before go home

Good clean place, good chemistry! 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Monday morning fresh start ! Also Saturday!

Long days and busy.
Necessary to take walks because sitting in front of a computer all day is not good for your health or eyes of course.
Great team and working facilities.
With my experience it isn't a hard job.
Hardest part is meeting some deadlines with the amount of authors corrections that are presented

This is the best company I have worked for and it is evident that it is family-run.

Obviously, no company is perfect and Lloyd Motor Group has some small areas to work on, but overall I have always felt supported by the majority of the management team and not made to feel like just a number on the payroll.

Came in, promised the world, wasn't too far off to be fair. Upgraded work facilities, tools, and anything asked for got done, but have a feelijg that was justs because of the take over of the business, but it was very strict, 
 good in some ways and poor in others.
