Very poor management - communication and organisation, managers have no managing skills (company does not provide any training for new managers chosen) a lot of bullying going on that nobody does anything about (racism included), compounding unit rules are broken everyday which puts patients life at high risk,health and safety - slippery floors that management seems to ignore even though people have fallen many times and fractured their elbows or badly hurt their backs, a lot of pressure on workers and very low pay, targets nobody can hit (unless you pick your work and literally fight over it) lies about pay rise that never comes, favouritism (asking people directly to apply for ceratin position which makes no sense of a whole recruting process), absolutely no rewards for hard work that is done, but once you preform worse than the other day - you get bollocking, issues with car park, tax issues (which made a lot of people loose their benefits etc - disgusting!!!!) and many, many more.
Turnover of staff is well beyond average - all because of  what I wrote above.
I have worked in this company for few good years and seen it getting worse. It USED to be a fun place to work at, where everybody used to be one team helping each other out, money was good (I started working there 8 years ago on the same wage they are offering now - which is a minimum wage!!!), targets were achievable and pressure was much lower.
If you want to stay happy and healthy - keep away from that place.

I managed to get a job here and was so excited. I had been reassured that I contact patients to make appointments so it would work around childcare. This is where the good bits ended. 
Recruitment was a joke, with ‘pre-boarding’ losing information you sent and OH losing I formation. Communication from the company itself was extremely poor and the scheduling of appointments was ridiculous. I knew I wouldn’t be staying when shifts were mentioned and then when we were told not to divulge information about ourselves to patients or even make them a cup of tea. We were paid to administer medication and then move on, we weren’t paid to chat! Where is the compassion in that approach? You can maintain professionalism but still chat about general things I feel.
When I said I hadn’t been told about shifts I was told quite curtly that I had been told because the box on the form they fill in was ticked!
Expected to do admin work on a bank holiday but not bank holiday pay. 
The perks would have been good and the people I did induction with were great but that’s it. 
They have new inductions for nurses every month which indicates a high staff turnover. Also don’t believe the area you are covering, you’ll be expected to cover wherever you’re sent even if it’s nowhere near you.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Home time and most of the fellow drivers were a good bunch. Management really couldn't manage a cup of tea and have no idea how much the staffs good will carries the firm

You are nothing more than a number and they don't care about bullying in the work place. They tried to construct my dismissal with false allegations that were proved wrong. Not once did I receive an apology and when they realised they couldn't force me out they made me redundant

Toxic atmosphere between office staff and drivers resulting in bullying and a complete lack of confidentiality

When the office staff left you alone it was a goof job

You are left to get on with your work load and not bothered too much  by management unless they need something from you

The driving long distances it can be stressful especially when in a lot of traffic and running late it can be very tiring too

Ot can be negative at times just because of the workload and times to reach patients isn't accurate 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Planning your journey and leasing with patients a time you will be there for after a longish drive then having to perform specialised clinical procedures then drive to next once all visits completed electronic forms need to be completed and submitted

A typical day normally includes the management having a go at people they don’t like and giving special treatment to thier friends. The job itself was no big issue but the politics that came with it is overwealming and stressful. If you keep your head down and do your work, management takes advantage of you and the people who come to work to slack off and do the bare minimum, manages to get away with murder. Friends of the management can do whatever they please at anytime and its ok. Management are very egotistic and pick on people they don’t like. It is a very unfair company who is run by people who were friends from they were kids and now they growup and using the company as thier own personal cricket pitch. I rather suffer than be under that management again.

Overall the job was enjoyable and colleagues were friendly and easy to make good friends. However certain members of management do not hold that certain aptitude required for that role. Never practising what they preach, only taking time to talk to you only if you made an error, quite often as no training was given.  One example is when I returned from holiday it took my line manager five weeks before he said one word to me. Spoken to as a child when you can’t get a drink or go to the toilet before 10am. Shouted at whilst on the phone to patients being told to take more calls. More interested in numbers rather than the patient’s wellbeing.Have no empathy for patients or members of staff if you have a medical or personal problem.
Terrible management and I’d avoid Lloyds like the plaque.

Management?
They think they are better than you, shift leaders especially. They will speak about you in front of people and are nasty horrible people. They need to be humbled and learn how to treat people.
The hardest part of the job?
the toxicity of the office and being overworked because they are understaffed
There is a reason they are brining in new workers every few weeks because new starters are always leaving. This job is far from worth it, I have been sat at a desk whilst shift leaders speak about which new starters need to be fired. The money is never worth working here unless you can stick up for yourself, but why should anyone come to work to feel like this? 

Worst company I have ever worked for, only interested in profit not the patient and defiantly not the workforce.  Only pay minimum wage now and currently employing under 25s to pay even less. Impossible time schedules. The management are totally ineffective and the only thing they are consistent with is being deceitful. Nothing about the job description is even remotely true. Avoid at all costs. Despite this, the actual work with the patients is excellent and something I enjoyed but they deserve a lot better than this company is prepared to offer. No time is allowed to fuel the van up.

If your idea of a rewarding job is one where management are unable to utilise resources to plan their day proficiently (any helpful suggestions are quickly shot down), where there is a distinct two-tier favouritism structure based on how much your boss likes you, where you find yourself blamed for something you are not even aware has happened, and where you will have to wait six weeks to book a single day's holiday, then this is the job for you!
Workplace injuries are commonplace, and you will be treated as though they are your own fault. There is no complaints system in place if you are unhappy with your treatment. You will simply be paid a low wage and told to be grateful for being treated like a machine.
A truly toxic environment.
Avoid.
