I worked here for a few weeks and because I was with an agency i didn't really get a say in anything that went down with my time to work or anything else, i is a nice place very open not too pushing accept all the pushing you have to do, staff wore nice very helping when i needed it or asked.

A not much bad things about the place some staff are a bit much with there jokes and the jokes i had with them about me wore not at all bad i can take a joke but sometimes it can be a bit much.

Another thing is that I was removed with out my knowledge by the agency i was with and they didn't gave me a good reason why I was removed and they did not keep there story straight with why I was taken off.

But yes most of my time here was nice and I wanted to stay but I didn't get a say in that matter.

The group is growing and there are excellent chances for progressing your career.

How to grow and scale a business across multiple territories and dealing with the challenges that presents has been the most rewarding thing that I have learned in my time there.

There is a positive culture where your thoughts and ideas are taken seriously.

Zero management,
If you didn’t turn up to work they wouldn’t know!  And it happens
Everything is put on the driver to plan/arrange. 
Complaints, grievances just go ignored. Vehicles not services/inspected on time. 
Driving wagon and drag. Then off loading by hand, then building/installing the load (could take up to 6-7 hrs) then driving back! 
Pay does not reflect the amount of graft. 
Biggest problem here is complete lack of management.

Nice place to work. Good craic. Very busy, wouldnt recommend to anyone who isnt a self starter and can motivate themselves daily when morale is low during busy times. Opp for progression within a global business. 

Loads of overtime your not paid for 
No health and safety 
Values and behaviour generally poor 
State of a site 
Spoken to like a child 
Low pay long hours 
Absolutely worse job I’ve had 

It was a hard work, because in the winter's it's  cold ,and we have to pus the heavy fridges but I liked there ,I have at lowe a good experience ,the manager its friendly and every time the help you
