Absolutely joke of a place to work for!!
Put people that have no experience in leadership in a shift leaders position to run about 20 people, do not care about employees health only about themselves. 

If you don't fit in and be a teachers pet then you won't get treated fairly. 

Nice management team.  It's a fast paced job, requiring speed and accuracy.  Overtime is frequently available. Agency staff are likely to be offered a job as long as they perform consistently well.  Various work shifts available.  

Worked at Luceco for almost 2 years and it was the worst two years of my life. Management poor. Unethical behaviour. Not all rules apply to everyone. HR Very unprofessional. There isn’t a good word I can say about Luceco. You

Good place to work at and management is good as well. 

Work hours are great for me I work from 6:00 till 14:30.

Its busy envoiramnt to work at because we have loads of orders going out and a lot goods in coming in company.

No leadership from higher management, purely profit driven without a care for H&S. Progression gateway virtually non existent. Unhappy workforce
Would not recommend,

Nice hours, pay not bad treat you well. Always paid on time two beaks a day a bit cold in the building it's  best to layer up. Lots of walking if you are picking.

Good place to work great colleagues to work with and fabulous management. Stressful sometimes to push the orders out on time but that's nature of the job.
