What is the best part of working at the company?
Very impressed with how professional Malooba as a company is. Their vans are in the best condition, are cleaned regularly and the managers are super supportive.  Highly recommended if you want a good job with a great working atmosphere

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Initially, the number of deliveries is daunting however there is plenty of support and if you have an off day, there is help at hand

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very professional, approachable managers and a fun atmosphere. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A short get together with the other drivers, issued a van and route, load up and out on the road.

I was dubious at first about going self employed (first time I’d ever done it) but Errol put any doubts to rest and offered advise in the interview for going forward. Honestly the best decision I’ve ever made, I left a high stress/low pay job and haven’t looked back since!! You can choose the days to fit your lifestyle or other work you may have. If you show up and put the effort in then the money is there to be had, I’ve never earnt money like i have done here the last 5 months…it’s enabled me to start saving for a mortgage and I couldn’t be happier. The team are all great, good fun and really welcoming ☺️ 

Malooba are absolutely brilliant, they always have your back and extremely understanding, management will always go out of their way to ensure the team is as happy as possible, the only downsides are because it is working with Amazon and you are self employed, you don't receive holiday pay, a pension scheme or sick pay, this is not a malooba thing, but is across the board for all amazon delivery associates

Working for Malooba has been like a dream Job, able to work the hours that I want to work providing an excellent work-life balance, provided with uniform but able to wear what I want if I choose. Because there are no van rental fees I feel like I get to keep everything I earn.

Generally a stress-free job, just driving around delivering parcels listening to whatever music, podcasts or audiobooks I want, you can’t complain. Malooba is by far the best DSP out their by far!

Says you are self employed but you're not really as managed quite harshly by management

Busy and hard going on body if not physically fit

I’ve been with Malooba about 3 months and they have been clear about their expectations of me, have kept me very well informed about how I’m doing and any changes Amazon are implementing, they listen to feedback and always praise when you are achieving. Definitely glad I chose to join them and will be staying for the foreseeable. :)

Very flexible work, perfect for uni students or anyone wanting some extra money. Shifts can be chosen from as little as one week before, set day rate even if finishing early, brand new vans, phone provided, user friendly apps, approachable management, great communication.

They offer very good training before you start driving so you don't feel like your being thrown straight into it. I was a little nervous starting but the staff are really friendly and willing to help if needed. 

Dont rate them at all. If there was a option to give minus stars it definately would be in the minus rating. The operations managers are useless. Driver support/ a rescue is for a reason from them but they dont help at all. 

Job can be stressful at times which is a given. However, any mistake heavily effects your pay and your chance to work. Can almost feel financially trapped within a few weeks. So be a robot and don’t make not one mistake!
