Poor management attitide to engineers.
 Ignorance on department growth with the mentality that no new staff req as existing can pick up the work load.
 Demand for engineers to fit as much as possible in every visit at every site or your placed on performance review.  
Engineers have to jump through hoops to just get a decent wage that majority of others of the same size pay as standard. 
Holidays  cancelled with no explanation. 
The list goes on.

Too big an ego to look after and support their staff in the field. Buying up contracts they can't fulfil from the first day I started. No training or heads up when looking after a new clients sites. On Call out of hrs does carry on from your day into the next morning. Team started with 14 engineers, when I left to was just 3. We got through 4 managers in 12 months.

Company is poorly managed and organised. Management doesn’t trust their staff unless you’re one of the favourites or say yes all the time. There is a very high staff turnover and they wouldn’t hesitate throwing you out the door. You receive no support from your line management and they are quick to point the finger. 

Great people within the company but you travel a lot of miles nationwide and the organisation isn’t the best, you could find your self working away a lot.
