Working at this company has been a generally positive experience, and I think it is a good place for someone looking to develop their skills and gain steady employment. The atmosphere is friendly, and most of the team members are supportive and willing to help each other when needed. I have appreciated the stability of the job and the opportunity to learn new tasks, which has helped me grow both personally and professionally.

At the same time, there are definitely areas for improvement. Communication between departments could be clearer, and sometimes important updates are not shared quickly enough. Workload distribution can also feel unbalanced at times, with some people having more responsibilities than others. Management tries to be approachable, but there is still room to improve when it comes to listening to employee feedback and implementing changes.

Overall, I would say this is a decent workplace with potential. If management continues to focus on improving communication and organization, it could become an excellent place to work.

Been in the company for a while and I must admit that it is a great place to work. Friendly management, collaborative teams and a really good environment. Although salaries might feel slightly on the lower end, the beautiful culture and environment within the company is what makes a person really want to stay long term.

I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to be working with such an understanding and supportive group of managers. When there are problems, there is no blame culture. Instead, people look into ways of how to fix the problem. If one has personal problems at home, management looks into fair and reasonable ways to support that employee. 

I really have enjoyed my time at Mawdsleys and would recommend it to anyone. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
I can honestly say that the best part of working for Mawdsleys is pay day!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The lack of training and on the job support was extremely frustrating, expectations were very high with next to no training. Senior Manager more than happy for legal documents to be falsified to satisfy MHRA regulators.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Extremely low moral due to low wages, lack of support from Senior Management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Being continuously bombarded with issues and problems with little or no support!

I was invited to an interview process with this company and found the experience is very disappointing. Initially, a salary range was discussed during a phone conversation, but the offer presented later was noticeably lower. When I asked for time to consider the change, I received a follow-up call encouraging me to accept the reduced offer, citing that they were impressed with my background and skill set.

After accepting the revised offer in good faith, I was unexpectedly invited to a second interview. Unfortunately, I never received any feedback or communication afterward. The overall process felt unclear and lacked transparency.

Communications between certain departments lacking and unprofessional. Workplace, logistical and Health & Safety concerns raised but not improved on after warnings given. On starting with the company had to ask for the correct tools to be supplied. Often arrived onsite without correct equipment and Safety Procedures in place but expected to do the job regardless.  Overtime/wages not managed correctly. Left not knowing  what overtime hours I been paid or not paid, never tallied up with time sheets.

Thoroughly enjoy working for the company. Cs manager is amazing and colleagues make sure you are welcomed. Salford colleagues are all very friendly and everyone takes an interest in not only work related issues but also personal issues. Overall a very comfortable place to work. although fast paced and many deadlines, if you can keep up and have motivation to learn, its the place to be. Hard work is acknowledged all the time and manager never fails to praise outstanding work

No stress issues at all most things run smoothly. Daily updates. A well oiled machine.

Great work environment, with lovely people

No longer employed due to I'll health, but busy on the phone and administration tasks

I worked at redhouse doncaster as a 3t van driver for the Mlex team. It was a great job and a very good team and management

Getting up early and the distances you cover

Great culture.  You were left to do your job

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hours are between 8 and 12hr a day

Avoid company at all costs. Management do not value staff at all and if you are happy to be a robot this job is for you! Not allowed to talk like being in school. Any issues that were highlighted to management were never addressed. Never asked once if you needed help or how you are doing. Only value people that have been with the company for years, any new starters will not be treated with respect.

I’ve never worked for a company where they try to drag you down on a daily basis. The only time you hear from management is when they want to blame you for something that wasn’t your fault. Work colleagues are nice and polite. It’s the management that cause all the issues. I’m so glad I don’t work for this company anymore, it wasn’t good for my mental health. Do not work for this disgusting company.
