What is the best part of working at the company?
Great money, weekly pay, free parking easy to commute to via a bus service company provide or by car.  

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Production line work so very fast paced   and have to work at a certain way so everyone on the line does their job with flow & ease. Very fiddely parts - so need quick fingers and a fast tool setting. If something slows you up, be prepared for a pile up of work.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not very friendly,
Very clicky with certain groups of people.
A blame game if not part of the click where you're made to be stupid and blamed for the clicks' mistakes even though you know you didn't do anything.
Gossip is rife - if the clicks don't like you for whatever reason or you're not one of them prepare for your life to be made a misery.
Management are a waste of time - you can't talk to them or approach them because everything you say to them is classed as moaning, having a problem with the clicks and generally having an attitude. 
Always a drama with people coming & going and the clicks starting it all. 
Rotating shifts every week. 
One break only. 
The place made me cry - worst company I've worked for. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy but boring - same job every day so very mentally tiring. Easy to lose focus and get fed up quick. 
The clicks have habit of disappearing from production line with nothing said leaving you to deal with everything  - you're very much on your own. 
No one speaks or talks - you are a machine!

Working at Munster Joinery is an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. A typical day is a chaotic race against time in noise and dust, where no one cares about your safety or pace, as long as the "quota" is met.What did I learn? Above all, I learned what a complete lack of respect for employees looks like. I realized that for this company, you are just a number in a spreadsheet that can be replaced in five minutes.Management relies on micromanagement and intimidation. Instead of support, you only get complaints and unrealistic demands from supervisors. The workplace culture is practically non-existent—the atmosphere is filled with mutual resentment and constant stress.The hardest part of the job is enduring the physical exhaustion combined with the toxic attitude from the office. On the other hand, the most enjoyable part is without a doubt the moment you walk out the gate after your shift, knowing you are one step closer to finding a new job. Avoid this place at all costs.

Too much driving. 
Long hours.
Very average pay. 
Management + HR possibly the worst I’ve ever seen. Very two faced, full of rubbish. Will back their long term employees over anything and anyone even if they just straight up waffle nonsense. 
Oh and the week of training in the factory is probably one of the worst things you’ll experience. Management  in there speak to employees like they’re nothing. 
I had someone say thank you for speaking to them “politely”. Insane. 
Would not recommend to anyone.

Nepotism and asskissers. It doesn’t matters how hard you work or how well you do your job , what matters is who brought you in this company and how good you are at looking busy. There is no perspective for promotion and there is no sort of understanding from HR no matter what the issue is. The work is intense and it lasts for the entire shift. Hollydays are decided by management and no other options are considered. 

The day at munster joinery was like working with a team of experienced worker, it's a great experience to work with munster, I learnt alot and overall the management excellent with great time management, there was no hard part of job because you can work with a wonderful team as a family. The most enjoyable part was the way they want to help you to adapt the work environment.

A typical week is 13 hours every day for 5 days.
I have learned how to fit windows, doors and bi folds etc as well as repair and re glaze them. The workplace culture is do not say nothing to anyone and make sure your work is completed correctly as the following person will report you. Work place politics was very hard to deal with and the job is simply not enjoyable

If you want to be a window fitter, avoid this company from a distance. I will not go into details, but this is the worst 3 years in my life, I believe that working for such people offends human dignity. The people managing this company seem to be very detached from reality.
Unless you are ready to unload pallets  3-4 tons per day.



It's very hard job like a windows fitter in this because specially about when you have passive window triple glaze something they give you 40 items for 2 people and another thing is you are listening when you try to say something they will say if you don't like here you are free to go they don't care about people 

Long hours, masses of driving, need an office at home. If you are ok with managers swearing at you for making mistakes then go ahead. Site coordinators make out it's easy but all have some sort of vice whether its chain smoking or heavily drinking which I put down to stress of the job and dealing with managers.

If you're looking for easy money look elsewhere. You have to actually work in this place. Although there's a lot of people who just play stupid and get away with doing nothing but it doesn't last forever.
