The company focuses on the qualitative and operative service of each customer, the constant care for customer satisfaction. Employees are the main engine that directly contributes to the company's goals.
I really appreciate the fact that the My 1Year Years team is made up of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, an interesting exchange of interests and opinions. I myself come from another foreign country, and I have been supported, helped and respected as any other employee regardless of culture and language.
The company has a secure future on the market and has great goals, expanding its activity both on the national market and on the international market.
I would like to mention that the company expresses constantly the concern for society, is receptive to the problems in society, contributing with financial aid and not only for children suffering from cancer. This is just one wonderful example that is part of the company culture.
Honestly speaking, it makes me great pleasure to work with this team and I am very grateful for everything she has given me: stability, the ability to learn new things and unlimited support regardless of the difficulties encountered.
My goal is to grow up and gain new experiences, it's the only reason I would break up with this company.

I absolutely LOVED working here my job role was brilliant. Management seemed lovely I worked for agency for them and was told that I would have a job with them from October to at least February... I thought BRILLIANT! as I loved the job  I was doing... However even though I had been helping my other colleagues since I had finished my own work I was let go for being "TOO SLOW" !!
I was heart broken and if they give you a time of how long youll last there take it at face value...

The other departments seemed a little too social and more like you were at college or high school. DEFINITELY NOT for anyone over the age of 30...

Working at My 1st Years was a fast paced and hard job. I enjoyed doing the actual work as I was always busy but unfortunately on the other hand some co-workers were not so friendly and hard working. Management was very poor and the hours were long. I did not mind working the long hours as more work was complete but there was never any thanks for doing so.
It was enjoyable with a few co-workers and we got on with the job well and complete tasks to a high standard, whether it being picking, packing or embroidering garments.

My daily work is to check my emails and answer any queries.  Purchase invoices to be entered into sage accounting system. Chasing any overdue payments and reconcile bank statement and credit card statement.
The hardest part of the job is to chase clients for money and suppliers for invoices. However, this is more challenging and important to the company which I enjoy.

facilities were very poor as moved premises.  Tiring on your feet all day.  Shame as potential to employ some great staff but management at the time just not interested too much.

disappointing. nothing to do at breaks. nice products but no work satisfaction.

internal politics off putting, shame really although may be under new management now.

Worst company I have ever worked for. Total lack of professionalism and confidentiality. The pay is shocking how the staff survive baffles me. The working conditions are revolting. Would not recommend.

Workplace has seniors who have been with the company for years, and they are used to long work hours. There is serious lack in mentorship and development of employees. Attrition rate of new joiners in extremely high. 

The owners really need to be more involved with the stores. I could write for days but I won't horrible company always picking and choosing sides. Not a good environment to be in and they really make you feel like rubbish.

A lot of work before Christmas, for the rest of the year poor... Bad atmosphere, strange people. You never know what will happen in the next day. I do NOT recommend.
