Management and SHEQ  staff are very accommodating.  Work place has a very strong Safety culture with a Zero Harm destination.  The Management will go that extra mile to train All personell.  Job satisfaction and work place morale is high. The technical SHEQ is excellent, approachable, very helpful. 

Working at NES i learnt to work independently. To be self motivated and to work at my own initiative.Also iv'e learnt how to work well under pressure as every day we was given set targets. I am also very organised.

I done what was told of me when and where but i feel this company don't have much appreciation for there staff. They will charge double time treble time on holiday periods and pay workers single rate. Job security is always up in the air.

It was horrible working at NES, management only wanted to know you if you made sale.  Horrible company to work for.

Unrealistic targets given, if not met you get treated less favourable.

I would not encourage or recommend this place to any one even if it’s your last resort.  Managers were terrible and didn’t help me at all. Team leader was especially bad. 

i enjoyed working for the company all staff were freindly and easy to speak to i learned alot while i worked for them and would work with them again if a job come up.

other than the hours great place to work. Boss's don't treat you like a number, you feel like part of the team. Allways got work on even if work runs dry allways something to do.

I contracted for NES for 3 years.  Loved the people, the Level III's, the administrative staff in Connecticut.  Learned alot, and met some great forever contracting people.

Nice place to work plenty of opportunities large scale of coverage in and across the United Kingdom. Carehome’s and commercial premises plumbing and heating works
