What is the best part of working at the company?
Close to the town so you don’t need the transport 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part is base packing area where stand for 12 h and pack away to bins frozen bases. After an hours you don’t feel your fingers  and toes

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Poor. Management with the lack of qualifications 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in, change clothes , down the floor, doing work two small breaks finish go home

Culturally versatile, the company itself is a good one, good trading ethics and in general offers great opportunities.

like all largish companies, there is a great number of middle managers, accountability can be difficult to establish due to office politics.

I went to Nomad Foods to do SAP integration projects, end to end for 7 new businesses they had bought.

I was a contractor and they paid me a very good daily rate of pay, and I had my own Data team who were great people to work with.

I would recommend Nomad Foods as a company too work for, a great way to grow.

I enjoy the travelling across to the various sites within the business and interacting with my manufacturing colleges

FMCG company with all its fast paced decision making and complex delivery systems. Being new to FMCG there is a steep learning curve, but everyone in the business is helpful to overcome this.

Fast paced environment with multiple opportunities for advancement.   Opportunities for overseas travel and experience of managing teams.  Good work life balance.

Good place to work with a supportive team that communicated well however I felt management could have some more compassion and understanding especially during cost of living crisis.

Business is filled with some really great people.  The roles are fast paced and have high expectations, but the support is there.  Good bonuses when targets are met.
