The response to the COVID outbreak was very rapid and taken seriously; they always did more than the government required. I felt that this was a genuine reflection of the management to consider our welfare far beyond what the law stipulated. They give our vouchers at Christmas and pizza after quarterly meetings.
At the same time, they are not a procedure driven business. If you find following processes a bore, then this might be a plus for you, but if you like a steady, predictable workplace, then you will find it stressful.
The products are good and well regarded in industry. 

The company try to sell products when they're not even finished and they're still doing development on hardware and software. They're never organised or plan resources. They barely train people and there's no career development or progression. The company have inefficient ways of working. The company are losing money now due to lack of sales and they're getting rid of people quietly. People that work there like to complain and gossip a lot and nothing is confidential when you talk to management.

There is no joy in this environment. There was a sense of of creating a stressful environment and keeping people undef pressurexat alm times whilst all levels of management enjoyed a stress-free lifestyle

While working here, you keep on getting new opportunities every day which help you to further excel in your profession. That is why i'm currently doing my self-study on Azure.

the work was relatively easy to learn, the people were fun and friendly to work with , i enjoyed the entire job and i learnt a lot of things within that company

Advanced and results oriented company with an international and very supportive  crew. It's a human size division of a big company who manage to stay human.
