What is the best part of working at the company?
Great atmosphere regarding work colleagues, Average pay for the work but my only gripe was the Heavy Lifting day in day out.
Circumstances outside work led me to leave oherwise I would still be there.

Constant Heavy Lifting gests very tiresome.

Picking Boxes and Putting away Boxes.

Like many others I found working here to be a stressful and unpleasant experience.  Job is fine and I was good at it but if your face doesn't fit then beware.  

Bullying tactics from high level managers coupled with a sales strategy straight out of the Ark.  

One good thing is that your local colleagues all come to work to do the best they can under challenging circumstances.  They make the daily work bearable.

Dreadful company now. All Oasis cares about is making many. Too many ex Iron Mountain employees running the show and only care about themselves and nothing else. Shocking lack of customer service and respect towards staff. No communication within the company towards their clients. No wonder so many are leaving! Work colleagues on site are a good group to work with and make the day fun. Only plus. 

Bloated middle management teams, cliquey environment, unusable IT systems forced upon the teams. One manager made the team move tables and chairs around the office during operational time just because he thought it would increase productivity, generally treating staff like school children.

No good experience for CV. 

Only bright spot was the co-workers and relationship with peers made it bareable, until they were fired because management offshored work. 

Management so out of touch, you spend days chasing around to put right mistakes from previous employees and somehow it’s your fault. No proper training, this is why mistakes were made previously. Promises of job opportunities never come to anything just promises and when you are not needed you get your p45 . This company survives on a culture of recruitment agencies.

Work a minimum of 9-hour shifts from 8 am - 5 pm. Get plenty to do during shifts such as moving files, labelling and stacking/packaging crates. Management is friendly and forgiving, however other workers seem to not listen and overturn his decisions sometime with him giving little to no care. Labour intensive doing the typical warehouse work so be prepared to sweat.

The moving of boxes was continuous, which I get but if it was done properly in the first place then there’d be less rearranging. Wages aren’t very good seeing as they are quite a big company and would think they would look after the staff. I got better offer so I left. Not sure why people stay so long.  Drivers are on 9.50 a hour. What a joke. 

Take my advice, do anything other than have a job with Oasis Group UK.  They are truly shocking employers, absolutely no respect for their customers.  They treat them like insects.  All they are interested in is profit. If you care about customer service and doing a good job, work for someone else!  The management are extremely poor.

Good work life balance,  good people across all levels,  more training on new comers into client care  would be a benefit.

Typical day at work.. now hybrid or from wherever.. you get your assigned queue of requests coming  in from clients to a casing system that you must take ownership of and process according with the SLA.


Don't waste your time or mental health ,the job is under paid and over worked ,to many wanna be bosses not enough educated workers , temperamental employees who get upset over the tiniest things, the place is  a joke.
