The Company pretends to care for the needs of their employees, but it does not. 
You can find better pay, work-life balance, benefits and higher management literally anywhere else.
Tronc is not actually guaranteed to stay even, and fluctuates heavily throughout low business revenue periods.
The venue is ill-conceived in its impractical design and Company structure, which makes it harder on all employees on a daily basis.
HR, higher management and everyone from the back-of-house team are unhelpful and untrustworthy.
It has been under-staffed for long, which puts unnecessary stress on the few employees remaining.
Staff food is abysmal.


This is a great place to work as management and leadership are always at hand to help and support. There are always opportunities for career advancement as long as you work hard and commit to the company.
The days can be long but all made easier by being surrounded by like-minded people.
All opportunities are use as example to learn and improve without feeling it is finger pointed at someone.
We work together to achieve the same goals.

Need to not overwork their staff and sort they’re under staffed issues. However the team are amazing. 

The mental health program is there to support those with mental health issues however they seem to neglect majority of their staff and  their health needs most of the time over working them coursing a mental health decline 

A fantastic place to work with a positive work culture and atmosphere. The teams are great to work with and we all work together collaboratively. The importance of working relationships is highly valued and support is always there by management and leadership team.

I would highly recommend working at One Hundred Shoreditch!

The idea is good but the results are poor. 
Management does not take into account staff needs and expect you to "jump" at their command.
There is no team spirit as staff keep coming and going and the ones staying are those protected by the managers.
 

I joined this company 6 months ago and the culture is just fantastic - really is a great place to work. The opening is going to be amazing and can not wait to start welcoming guests 

I started 2 months ago and I was welcomed to the team in a very friendly matter, the company treats their employees as part of their family. Everyone comes together for the same goal. Its a pleasure to be part of this team/family. 

OHS is a fun place to work with great people.

The job is very fast paced and often feels short staffed and overtime is usually required.

One Hundred Shoreditch is a wonderful place to work! It has great company values and management creates a very open, honest and inclusive working environment for their employees

Nice and good. With great working environment. U won't find any stress around but sometimes u have to be because of the targets that u get on the weekends
