Pros:
Friendly knowledgeable and experienced direct team I work with.
Cycle to work scheme.

Cons:
No bonus scheme. Now American owned, very corporate, CEO and vice presidents give text book answers to basic layman's employee questions (they do not actually answer the question). SLT Management team seem only interested in recruiting more Vice presidents, directors and managers. CEO and SLT team relocated themselves away from main work teams at Eckington.They are not interested in recruiting people on the ground needed to actually do the design, engineering, software work needed to keep the company engine going.Lot of talented and experienced people, some been with the business 20 + years are leaving/ left in the last year or so., More than I have ever seen leave in my years working at Ovarro ( Previously Servelec).

Advice to Management:
Give human answers to employees questions, not corporate robotic standard text book answers, some which appear to have been copy and pasted. Recruit in the engine room of the business. Get rid of some levels of management. The People and Culture department ( new name for HR) are constantly pushing wellbeing but not dealing with the real concerns of the employees, not interested in employees at all, just in box ticking.. Take far too to long to answer simple queries, ask yourselves what these people are actually bringing to the business, are they actually adding value to the employees, I feel they are not!

I have enjoyed my time so far with Ovarro. The people here are great and supportive. It hasn't always been easy as we are a growing company with several global teams but this is part of the fun. It keeps the days quick and gives you something meaningful to do. I like fast-paced working environments and I feel very well supported by my manager and team. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Working to monthly targets. Working with in a work team.quality work maintained required to send out to every customer service is provided with 100%&more quality and quantity. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No stressful reason,working to monthly targets and plenty of work provided to keep everything going smoothly. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Easy going, great place to work. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Keeping busy,working in a great environment.

The work involved itself is varied and enjoyable.
Power struggles within management and lack of direction, do make for a difficult environment. 
No real benefits, apart from location.
Few people are toxic,
