What is the best part of working at the company?
To be honest nothingness...   

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I personally wouldn't advise anyone to work in that company. The account staff are incredibly unprofessional. Many times I've been underpaid. The management and especially the customer service manager have a lack of professionalism. He doesn't want to be involved in any kinds of issues and will blame you for any issues, including his or client's mistakes. Probably because he is lazy and doesn't even bother to perform his own duties. If you let the director know about that, he will pretend like nothing is going on. I think that's the reason why many of the staff members in that company don't work properly, they just pretend. The pay rate will remain the same for years, and you will not get any pay rise.

WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOOK FOR OTHERS WHO PAY YOU BETTER AND HAS BETTER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. WHEN WORKING WITH THEM, I HAD FEW QUIDS AND SOMETIMES IF IT WAS £4 OR £5, I WOULD LET IT OFF.  AND COUNT THAT FROM HUNDREDS OF EMPLOYEES, YOU KNOW WHERE IT IS HEADING AS IT WASN'T JUST ME THAT HAD FEW POUNDS OFF AFTER FINDING FROM INVESTIGATIONS FROM MY SIDE.

I have been able to work in corporate sites and shopping centres to get the necessary experience required to do my job and produce the best input and output needed to get the job done.

Very good company, they understand your needs and help you every steps of the way. Its great to work in this company. Fantastic co-worker and managers. One of the best job I've had for long time.
