You are run into the ground, onsite staff have the bare minimum to work with and th managementteam jyst keeps growing or taking more and more away from the base line. How can you run a hotel and coffee shop with no staff, onsite managers are not allowed days off or miss a meeting on your day off without getting a disciplinary meeting and warnings! The management team really do not care, as long as they get what they need and want they really do not care about the staff on the ground, even the loyal ones that have done everything possible and moved around the country to help them put, two that I can think of and they have now forced them out! Congratulations management team, you will soon have nothing to sell and no one to do the work on the ground! Also most of the hotels do not meet safety standards, and should have a huge amount of investment to bring them upto standard. Work with them at your peril!

A typical day in the operations team is fast-paced and requires constant problem-solving. I’ve learned a lot about efficiency, multitasking, and how to stay organized under pressure. Management is approachable and always open to feedback, which makes it easier to tackle challenges. The culture here is supportive and team-oriented, with everyone working together to meet our goals. The hardest part of the job is juggling multiple tasks with tight deadlines, but the sense of accomplishment when everything falls into place makes it all worthwhile. The most enjoyable part is collaborating with my team and seeing the direct impact of our work on the company’s success.



I thrive in challenging environments, and my role as an HR Associate offered plenty of opportunities to test and develop my skills. Implementing a new onboarding program and tackling complex employee relations issues allowed me to hone my conflict resolution, communication, and project management abilities. The collaborative spirit of my team is remarkable. Their support and expertise were invaluable during the onboarding program rollout. Nothing. Literally nothing good at all.

Having to do 3 or 4 different people's jobs but getting zero recognition for it

Stressful and chaotic. Like herding cats.

Working with the onside colleagues was a laugh. And a good experience the company as a whole do not pay on time. And sometimes months
The hardest part of the job is working with the offsite team who have absolutely no idea. What they're doing, the most enjoyable part was the end of the day when I could go home. And be out of a stressful environment

I enjoy working for a company that value’s my opinion on moving the business forward. l travel  a lot for the company and have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with lots of different people and lots of different sites. Payman club has been very supportive and has help me to develop my skills and challenging my thought’s, It is an exciting place to work, with ever changing focus, no two days are the same and I appreciate the opportunity they have given me.

Over work you, never allow days off expect you to work night and day ,  watch you on camera 24/7. Never pay you 
Do not address maintenance issues reported, only interested in money the guests give no care for guests often leaving them with no room to stay in 
Avoid at all costs 
Management overseas and hardly speak English love to micromanage you even though they don’t have a clue what to do 

Loved working there  good experience work  colleagues were  very nice to work with  all together  fun enjoyed  it management very nice and understanding
