Very difficult to get materials tools and equipment to the offshore work sites, even when I was ocs at wood group pdms employees would often ask me if they could borrow tools and equipment plus if they could use any spare consumables we had, mickey mouse

Lack of leadership and man management skills, long hours and very stressful place to work, not a friendly environment, high turn over of staff, would not recommend on any level 

I have worked for PDMS for some time but I am looking for new challenges.  I have found PDMS management to be fair and reasonable to work for over the years that I have been there.

I have learned most of my current skills and helped the business to function at all levels
