i was with pinnacle on a short term basis on behalf of pinpoint recruitment agency covering for other caretakers that had taken annual leave so i was covering sites around East London and only doing 5hrs a day monday to friday.My routine was hoovering and mopping public areas and polishing the mirrors and doors and making sure the lifts were clean plus litter picking and cleaning the bin chambers outside.I've got previous experience of caretaking so i automatically knew what i had to do but my only complaint is every site i was at the hoovers were halfway dead and i constantly had to fight with them lol but otherwise i enjoyed what i did and the managment was really helpful and friendly and the staff i did meet was friendly and welcoming i just wish the job was on a permanant basis.To me the job is only hard if you haven't got a routine on how you're going to go about doing thing overall i hope a permanant job in caretaking comes along as i would grab it with both hands..

Its not a nightmare working here, but it is very continuous.

You do not get any time between calls to take a breath, relax or have something to drink. You are expected to take call after call after call, after call.
You do not get your individual space and have to share everything. Other agents are not expected to clean up after themselves.

Every manager except N, is not worth talking about. No man management skills. Even fewer management and cohesion skills.

Staff are not valued, and deemed to be disposal at any moment.
Also some disposable staff are very visibly favoured over others, including more talented ones.

All in all, I would not recommend working here if you have another choice. If you do not, it will help pay the bills at best until you have other options.

Working at pinnacle is stressful. I worked with the laziest person ever to have been given a job. I ended up doing the work of two people for the time I was there. in the end I took a couple of days off sick as I could not be dealing with the stress of it all. The manager then took the van off us to give to some other team, I sat around waiting for a call for 5 days from management about being given another van. When I phoned he did not answer, I then sent a message, I got a reply informing me I was sacked for bad attendance. Terrible way to treat a good worker. Sacked for doing two peoples work and zero appreciation from them for this. I would not recommend them if this is how they treat people.

start my shift at 7am during my shift i am dealing with queries from residents for parcels, information about the company i.e service charge etc. dealing with post, holding keys, making out bound calls to other contractors to attend site. 

how to work in a great team a multi task a lot faster.

ensure that the day runs smoothly however busy we are at the development, also ensuring that residents are recieving their parcel slips on time.

the hardest part of my job is to ensure that everything that has been requsetsed to be done is completed by the end of my shift.

enjoyable part of my day is where a customer walks out of our office with the fealing that they have been dealt with profesionaly and happy.


Avoid applying for the income team! The worst experience I have ever had. Managers and head of income are unfit to work with people leading with bullying behaviours. 

The way in which they speak to employees is disgusting. Like a teacher speaking to a child. Your job title will be threatened as and when they see fit, and performance will be constantly put down regardless of achievements - “Scrutiny” is a key word and the only focus is on the negatives.

The “us and them” culture needs to be updated to a more positive, collaborative environment for this team to be successful.

I wasn't payed but it was fantastic experience because it provided me with experience I'm not sure I will be able to get anywhere else. On two of the five days I worked mostly as secretary helping out. However I spent two of the days talking to the senior facilities manager, this was integral to the experience as this was what set this work experience apart. We discussed the intimacies of the business and his role in particular and how he manages finances, how he manages his employees and his relationship with his bosses as well as his experiences in Facilities Management. 

On one of the we visited the three schools they looked after and got an inside look at what went on behind the scenes at these schools.

This is the worst place ever to work, managers don’t care just smoke outside all day, everything is chaos, bitchiness, unprofessional and two-faced toxic environment. If your face fits, they will like you. 
No overtime just basic pay. Managers just take their decent money and don’t care about anything else, stressful environment 
Everything is a mess. The engineers don’t have the resources, you are constantly blamed for everything that goes way above your head. 
Everyone talks about each other behind their backs, you can’t trust anybody, it is actually horrible going in the office.  You can’t trust anyone it’s a horrible place to work and nobody cares about the people on the front line. 

Avoid these. The work load is high, the sites are by and large, huge. You are expected to do in depth work with little time in which to do a thorough job. When you work in a team, and I mean when, you are expected to move mountains. HR are decent enough but the management are awful in the main, being bullies and unpleasant to deal with. What you are expected to do on minimum wage is, drive, clean, moving heavy and large items by yourself, use mobile technology and liaise with site management and tenants. Don't think so. The job would not be too bad if you had support rather than being blamed for everything! Not a nice place to be. 

I do work for 24h max per week, from Monday to Wensday. I learn  IT skills and Administrative skills,such as :

Pick up the phones

Negotiate with other representatives

Organizing the work of another employee

Booking appointments with our clients

Offer help to our customers (in the field we deal with) by sending our employee.

One thing which I dont like in this work is changing working hours. I work differently, once I have less and once more I have more working hours per week ,which means my salary is not constant.
