A typical day a work would be updating Excel Spreadsheets with customer receipts, allocating customer receipts, all of which I have already described under job description.  The management claimed to have zero tolerance with regard to bullying, but unfortunately from personal experience I can't possibly agree with that statement.  The hardest part of the job was dealing with bullying, the most enjoyable part of the job was the support I received from a select minority of my  superiors.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very busy at the start of the day and gets easier towards the end

The toxic management are terrible, no support, no training, left to fend for yourself.
Promises a lot, but delivers very little.
Every day feels like the longest day that will never end,  I just couldn't stand it.
The hardest part of the job is Monday mornings.
The most enjoyable part is Friday at home time. 



Done so much work doing this job always on time and meeting the targets would love to do this type of job again the atmosphere is brilliant and also always worked under pressure

I learned that good people can really make a difference  to the atmosphere when it comes to working in such a poorly run company.

Poor management all trying to out-do eachother instead working together with their employee's to get the job done.

I also did not like working here, hours were long.

I used a terminal where orders were inputted to the system which was subject to abuse by other people.  If you input an order you could not save it and other people could amend this order without your knowledge.

The only benefit if working here is that it is local.
Staff are treated unfairly.
Working conditions are poor.
They do not care about your welfare.
Overtime rate is flat rate until you reach a certain amount of hours.

A Typical Day would involve picking and packing of goods and the driving of Fork Trucks,I gained four fork lift licences whilst at this company,the management and my co workers were always happy with my performance,the job generally was very enjoyable.

Unfortunately it didn't work out for me, my issue, and I am disappointed that it didn't. It is a lovely company to work for, who appreciate and look after their staff. I would recommend working there.
Great team, and supportive HR. Truly professional company. 

Career development opportunities at PMS is a real limitation to my employment ambition, hence, looking else where  for s the thing to do. Even though there is a friendly culture among the staff, there does not seem to be that motivational driving for within.
