I worked at a company previously to Prymo and had so many carrots dangled a long the way its unreal. Everyone promising this and that and nothing materialising. Ive seen and heard it a lot in the industry. I also heard things about Prymo... it seems that in the industry there are so many scare tactics and carrot dangles to try and keep a tech just going to site.
After feeling like just a number and no real team feelings in the company where I was I decided to do my own research and found that Prymo amongst others - was the most long standing in the northwest and also held various rewards and had lots of good press so I decided to apply as that must stand for something.
Wow the things I heard and the actual business experience is worlds apart from the "hearsay" its very clear people feel uncomfortable should they find the reality of Prymo. 
Bottom line if you are poor at what you do you wont last - and most in the industry talk a great game and simply cant do the job. Since I have been at Prymo there has been many come and go then bad mouth the business - and this is simply bitter.
I have found Prymo are so focused on delivery that amongst techs (due to the majority talking a good game) chineses whispers and bad mouthing occurs from those who leave and rumours - yet the brand amongst clients the important part - is amazing. 
Prymo support hard workers they simply dont if you don't... I have been here a couple of years now and its great and they have just launched a new grading system thats allowed for rises and also made very clear who works hard and who doesnt... Its great!
Bottom line - its a great place to work with caring yet driven management - great techs wanting to do well and now driven to grow through the grades and its focused on a small power team of 15-20 on the road so you don't feel like a number and you matter 100%.


I have just left Prymo which I have to say has been a great company to work for. Management are great, the lads are a good laugh with a couple who drag ther heels a little but over all a good team.

I wanted to give my honest feedback that this company genuinely care - they put so much effort into trying to run a tight ship and give lads opportunity - the new grading levels they have introduced and training schedule to which even the senior managers are involved in teaching is brilliant and a very welcome positive change.

I have read some of the reviews briefly and yes some are negative from those who I guess wernt happy for different reasons - but honestly a great company in my opinion.

So why have I left? I have moved south with family and Prymo dont operate fully in the south.

If you are looking to get into this game - Prymo are by far the best from what I have seen and heard - you wont be a number with these guys and what you put in you will get out 100%


Not so long a go I wanted to change my career. I had some experience in spraying and I went to a company that carried out surface repairs. It was a company that hadn't been round that long and I found the company just unorganised and caused issues for me to carry out the job as I would like.
I began to look round and speak to people about other companies and Prymo was mentioned. I looked into them and they clearly have a successful history and been going 15+ years. I made contact with Prymo direct and was able to get an interview after a succesful telephone interview... and I got the job.
I have been here a little while now and I must say I love it!

The management are cool and the lads are a buzz too... you always get that one lazy guy haha but even he is sound enough just needs a kick up the bum now and again haha...

Overall a good company and I am happy here and would recommend it to anyone.

Well, what can i say about Prymo, i must love it here as i have left and come back numerous times, as i truly feel this is where i belong and i can thrive. 

I believe i have learned a lot during my time here mainly how to manage the team in a respectful manner . We are all like a little family and i really care about the technicians. 

Hardest part of the job is to try to keep everyone motivated with it being a fast paced environment. 

I feel that in the office, we all work so hard behind the scenes to keep everyone happy and motivated which reflects on my work at the end of every day,  as i feel a sense of achievement after a job well done. I feel happy when a client is happy at the work we have completed together, from start to finish we all have a mega important role to ensure it all runs smoothly :)





I have worked at other companies in the past and the management are far less caring. I do see a lot of companies in the industry get hit with poor attitudes that then give poor ratings in reflection of their own downfalls.
Overall Prymo management care, the office do their best to help you when they can and you get provided with high end tooling and uniform to do your job perfectly.
I find Prymo to be a great place to work overall - yes sometimes you have to drive a distance for certain sites or work away etc but that's the line of work we are in! 
As far as working for a fare company with good management goes and fare pay - Prymo are decent and I'm happy to be here!


Prymo is a great place to work - I have had no issues here, found it well organised (if you are organised)...good overall team, you get the odd person who has a bit of a moan now and again - but who doesnt we all have bad days right?!

But genuinely a great place to work. 

I don't usually leave feedback on things but heard a couple of previous techs (who no longer work here) left some slander and its just not the case.

The ones who were removed or left was for very good reason... and of course they will always be bitter because of that.

If you like the industry , dont mind the driving thats required from time to time - Prymo really is the best I have personally found and I have worked at one other.

Unorganised company sending techs all over the place don't expect to be paid for travel expected to work 2/3 hours away from home with no extra pay seen. Tools that are provided are old and knackered not really fit for doing the job and doesn't give  a good image when tuning up to jobs with old battered tools. Very little information given when you start along with training. Basically all they're interested in is getting the money in and will squeeze jobs on you to make sure this happens. Very poorly run small company would avoid as underpaid with no benefits its all take.

The Office and technicians here are like family and we all work together as a team. The supportive and positive work environment is something that I appreciate and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. The dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in everything we do, and I am proud to be a part of this amazing company. I highly recommend Prymo Surface Solutions to anyone looking for a great place to work.

I have worked as a repair technician with other competitors and can honestly say Prymo is where I have felt the most comfortable and appreciated. You can have a laugh and joke with the office staff whilst also remaining professional. They don't treat you as a number here which a lot of other companies do. Of course there are good days and bad days but overall I really love working here and the people I work with.

Started here as I wanted a change from what I was doing previously, did my training with them which is very basic you pick just stuff up whilst your out on the job. Management  is very poor with little or no help. Wages are below are bad for what your expected to do. You’ll soon work this out when your the lowest paid on site yet they charge the most to be on site. Unless desperate if looking for a different career option or go with a better paid company that actually pays you for your time.
