Push a CANDO attitude with good work life balance.  This very much depends on your manager and the department you work for. Flexi working hours do not really exist as not that flexible.  Allow some people  to work from home and not others even though this would be possible.   Training you can request and they will support. Career advancement available if your face fits. Generally people are fun to work with.  Social outings are frequent - again dependent on what department you work for.

I would not hesitate to go back to PZ Cussons if I were approached for a job. I would also recommend PZ Cussons as a great place to work with friendly staff and a great management team.
The management engage with the credit controllers and IT staff to ensure systems and procedures are working well. 
I enjoyed my time there and everyone was friendly.

Worked here for 16 years. The factory is very high tech and lots of automated machinery. That being said, it is a hard job involving stress to perform to deadlines and hard physically being on your feet almost 12 hours per shift and constantly on the move.

Can be quite high pressured. People generally are nice however high people turnover so lots of new people. Below market pay. Trying very hard to improve culture within organisation, staff wellbeing and training.

I was a Warehouse team leader here and its a great place to work, the only reason I left was because I lived 30nmoles away and after 3 years it was beginning to become a struggle driving all that distance every day.

Great place to work, great location, working hours and the staff are fantastically hard working. The leadership team work incredibly hard and and are great people. The office social life is fantastic and often the thing you look forward to!

Work colleagues are friendly and the workload is not too bad. The management team is smaller than other companies and they tend to be more hands on with current work rather than rely on a constant stream of presentations.

Great company to work for, no weekends excellent salary, pension scheme, great health and safety, flexible working hours, on site canteen, all pipe available, good management.

Lots of career development opportunities, average pay, lots of learning and international opportunities. Recommend for entry level roles, after which one can move on to better paying jobs elsewhere.

Really toxic atmosphere, regular redundancies. People on the whole are nice but most are under pressure due to limited resource and unqualified people in key positions as cheaper options. Nice office facilities
