This company advertise their education, training and Career advancement in all their literature. I do not know how they have the blatant nerve to say this as it’s utterly untrue. They have no respect for their employees at all. In fact the harder you work, the more advantages they take. Overtime is relentless with nobody in management taking any accountability as to how much overtime they “pile on you”. They even take the liberty in taking your days off away at short notice.  The result is no social life, no family time, and burn out.
Equal opportunities is written in their policies, but is not applied or practiced by management. There is a strong gay influence in management.  This results in young male men blatantly getting more training education and subsequent promotion. 
Turn over of staff is huge
I left completely demoralised, upset at how unfairly I had been treated, and so utterly exhausted.

Think twice before accepting a role for this company as they work you to the ground. I was promised a full time job of 37.5 hours when I first started but as the weeks went by, the hours kept creeping up. Eventually, I was working 50 plus hours and this was taking it's toll on my physical and mental health and also affecting my home/family life. 

There was absolutely no regard for what you wanted or needed as a worker, just as long as the company business needs were met. 

I found some of the clinic staff unprofessional in their approach to work, some who were very lazy and happy to sit back and let others do the hard work. 

Overall, there is no work life balance in this workplace, the long working hours will leave you feeling burnt out and deflated, I would avoid this place at any cost. 

I began my career with Quotient 5 years ago. I feel valued for my contribution and I feel proud to work at Quotient. The culture is great, people want you to exceed. It is fast a paced work environment, which comes with lots of interesting challenges. 
Quotient is a growing business which is always changing, and adapting. My role has grown over the years. There are lots of career opportunities working here for passionate hard working people who enjoy science and making a difference. 

The technicians and nurses are a great group to work with. Management however lets you down quite a lot, with progression stopping if you don't want to jump over all the ridiculous hurdles they give you for a pay rise. This is a very underpaid, overworked, and undervalued job for the amount we do. There's also a weird stigma from other parts of the company towards clinical staff. Would not recommend working here if you value your mental and physical health.

I would not recommend anyone work at Quotient unless it changes its culture. It is highly political and undervalues people. This is due to the Senior Management/Director of QA.

No communication between departments, or even within your own team. Lack of progression/development. Pay is way below average, notice period above average which is how they keep people working there. Workload is manageable but is spread unevenly.

Long shifts, early starts, pay isn't terrible but basically everyone has a degree so I think it should be higher. Good team and scheduling team is good if you need specific days off.

Despite being a nurse your views will not be heard. When on shift for most of the time you are only a’ number’. Day to day running of the wards are done by technicians called clinic leads. The only reason they employ nurses is for their PIN numbers. 

Lovely staff nice people, would defo recommend very fast pace which makes day go quicker, which I like, would defo Recommend only left due to mental health issues

The people are very friendly and nice however the pay is below minimum and the company values quantity over quality. 

Very client focused so opportunity for growth is very limited.
