You are given unrealistic targets and if you do not meet these targets your job is constantly threatened even though it does not state that it is target based work, expected to make 30/40 pound per hour even though you are only paid 10 and and booked back to back most of the time overlapping and running over into your break time( if your lucky enough to get one ) 
Staff are insulting and rude to one another and management only care about the money you make. The moment you stand up for yourself or say anything back you are in the wrong and your job is threatened. Management do not do there job we would use not fit for purpose tools and unsanitary equipment because the disinfectant had not been ordered in time and went 3 weeks without it for nail drill bits and even tweezers used for eyelashes. Management has also wrote most of the positive reviews on here to try and boost there score. I could go on and on but if you value you mental health and you wellbeing do not work for this company it is the worse place!! 

Rawr Beauty has been a fantastic start to my career! I'm having a great time learning about the retail industry, and every day brings a new challenge. I have an excellent and supportive manager who encourages me to advance my skills and career.

At Rawr Beauty, we are fortunate to have a multicultural and diverse workforce. As the company is still in its infancy phase, there are many great initiatives yet to be introduced. 

Overall, a great company to be part of if you are looking for progression.

Stressful and toxic environment. Don't get paid for hours worked, staff members doing each others treatments when clients are at the salon. Constantly changing  management. Would not recommend. They expect you to be a sales person as well as a technician, doing treatments is not enough. You have a unreachable target to archive and constant pressure. 1 to 1 meetings Constantly threatening if you don't meet your target you will loose the job. Do not bother even if you can't find anything else. 

Since management have changed everything has gotten worse, They will change your shifts without notice, you are expected to be a beautician, sales person, manager, and marketing department because management shift their responsibilities onto staff! Pay is also very low and if you don’t hit target you will get rude messages daily. Products are also cheap. If you have sick day or holiday they will do everything to NOT pay you and do not respect their staff. It’s so bad that they cannot keep staff because they leave as soon as they realise.

The worst salon I've ever worked at. Only care about targets. The targets are unachievable. They threaten your jobs constantly. Pay is bad considering the work you do. They expect you to be a sales person, technician, receptionist all in one. If you don't have clients they make you hand out leaflets because They don’t do the advertising. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy. I had to leave because i was on the verge of leaving this universe. 

Threaten your job if you don't make money even though there is no advertisement outside of the store. Treat you like a salesman not a beauty therapist. Don't allow enough time per treatment and make you work back to back and sometimes end up going through your break. Toxic environment. Shoddy management. Stay away if you want to keep your hair. 

Management write their own reviews to help with the star rating. 

Awful place to work. Avoid. 

Where they only ask you to make money for them and have a very rude manager who pushes hard to attract customers and you should not stay idle and have to bring customers through leaflets which is very embarrassing.  When you don't have customers, you have to go around the salon and talk to people to come to their salon. If you get sick, they won't let you go to the hospital.

This is a family business which  run poorly and rude by family members. Poor management and treat employees so bad. They charge u with no training. Sickness are crime in this company. Empty promises and Manager lie a lot. Minimum wage. They have dress code but don't provide u any uniform. Very respectful place to work for. Never work for them again. Force u to selling package. 

No day is the same, I love the salon environment and seeing different customers all the time, we get constant training and ups-killing and the bonus scheme is really good if you work hard I make good comission every month.  It is very fast paced but that is what I like as it is never boring. 

Absolutely horrible place to work. Management are vile and staff treated so badly. Hours are cut with no warning. Unrealistic sales targets despite a cost of living crisis and people not being able to pay. Very high turnover of staff due to just how toxic it is. Please do not apply here!
