So they give me some where nice an easy to get to because I don’t drive which was very nice if I’m honest so I started an 3 days in the supervisor or what ever he is messaged an called me saying ring him ASAP so I did and apparently someone was poaching me from a different company which didn’t happened and if It did I didn’t pay no mind as I was happy doing what I was doing with redwatch an then after that a few days later he took me off where I was working because I’m assuming he thought I was gonna leave an join a different company I wasn’t going too but then I decided it’s best I left as I can’t have that happening to and then I’m missing days of work due to no trust or loyalty in my opinion

Please don't work for this company,it's the most unprofessional set up I've ever come across.
Total disregard for it's staff, constantly slagging of there own security officers.
I've been in the office when there looking for cover and they laugh about foning a guard who's just did a 12 hour shift and think it's funny to wake the guard up to see if he will go back.
The company owner has no ideal about security,she spends all day deciding what car she wants to buy writing of company tax etc.
They employ simple shirt fillers not professional staff,also I've seen them use non sia staff just to cover work.

We have tried calling this company from December 2017 to resolve a invoice issue we have left several emails since. We have even tried calling them but get ignored. All we want to do is resolve this situation and have invoice cleared for hours that was worked. It's now March. To with hold people's wages it is unacceptable especially over December time when staff have children and family members infact it is highly despicable.

Worked for Redwatch in Tyneside and I found them enjoyable to work for Pay on time great company Management Great Would certainly work them Again as someone who has worked for the National firms as well as the smaller ones Redwatch are a great employer plenty of hours always happy to help you if you have any problems.

Never pay on time.
Expected to be a lapdog.
Managers never come to check and talk to you face to face always phone calls no visits. 
Work is scarce always get texts or phone calls off management when next shifts covering 
Sham company; the worst.
Repeatedly asking for my wages which was suppose to be paid on the 29th of March still not received payment.

It's like a bunch of uneducated individuals, got an SIA licence, and then registered as a self-employed company, and began employing people to do their dirty work.

I left in April, due to rude management and refusing me work because i couldn't do one day. they didn't give me work for a whole month they ignored me everyday until i contacted the head office which they gave me loads of work my supervisor actually blocked my phone number at one point so i couldn't even make contact....

Nothing good to say about them the control room team bully guards threatened them etc, tell you to travel across Bristol within 5 minutes at short notice. if you do not do the job offer you will not be offered any other shifts the list does go on for some time.

Seriously bad management, very stressful job, liars and a blame culture. Do not work for this company if you value your self worth.
Your own safety is down to yourself, they will do nothing to aid your safe through the night and no management is available and if you do by luck get through to them they will make you feel guilty. 

Best company I have worked for, pro iding me with weekly work with notification coming on tuesday/Wednesday of next weeks shifts. You choose to confirm them and if you do. You are booked on that site with Redwatch and the contract holder.

Best part I see about Redwatch is how the area manager cares about their staff.
