Having worked here for over 20 years I can honestly say its a great place to work. Early finishes on a Friday "with pay" when on top with the work load, recent pay rise, gifts at Christmas and looked after all through lock down with 100% wage. The company has now just given "every employee" a £25 weekly fuel allowance to help through these testing times. How many companies are doing that for over 130 employees. Overtime can be short notice but with the investment that is being put in that is becoming a very distant thing of the past. Work life balance is the companies priority.  

Very fair company to work for. They constantly look after their staff and are always looking for ways to enhance the work life balance.

I would say nearly all members of staff enjoy coming to work and we all work as one big team to get the job done.

It can get busy during certain periods so commitment is expected but on the flip side when we are on top and where possible they let us finish early on Friday's without any loss of pay!

Would highly recommend to anyone.

An honest day's work in return for an honest day's pay. Good pay and good management in place. Been going for almost 40 years and never laid anyone off. Finish at 1:30pm on Friday so it is great for having a long weekend. 

Being an engineer at regency glass can be fast paced and stressful on a bad day hand certain jobs can be postponed due to production numbers falling because of often breakdowns, however it has its quiet days, and for that we can get much servicing/maintenance done 

If you want job security don't bother with these clowns, no respect for their workers and no leeway with anything, it's there way or the highway.
